Qian Express has no relation, as far as I know, to Qin. But they seem to be related to Little Tings, as those have been the only two restaurants I've been to with mobile ordering - you scan a QR code on the corner of your table and the menu pops up on your phone and then you make your selection. I wish there was a visual confirmation of your order and maybe status of it being made, as I wasn't sure if the Website merely crashed after I submitted the order. It's their third restaurant in Seattle I think, with one in north and one in u district. Did not disappoint with their rich but not oily soup, very flavorful. The portion was very very very generous in terms of either meat slices/veggie/noodle, I could not finish it to be honest. The only problem was that the thick rice noodle was wayyyyy too thick, like udon. And the thin rice noodle is too thin. Other than that it was a bowl of good chinese lamb soup noodle. Average noodle house. Convenient location in downtown Bellevue. It is a small restaurant. Find it inconvenient with online order only at the table. They missed the order even though it is confirmed on app. Too high tech may not be best.
