I had the worst subway sandwich here. Bread was all soggy and everything added inside was 'less' than what I asked for. It was an order from the app with so many option I chose. But felt like I should rather order directly by showing them the quantity I need. Looks like they want to save money by addind things in lesser quantity, including sauces.

Yuk, Sign on door stating high food and labor cost make it so NO SUBWAY COUPONS are valid here!! ❓❓WHAT!!! Worse yet, They don’t know what a BLT is so don’t “create your own “ sandwich it’ll confuse them. Bigger point is I kept thinking I was eating the paper wrap around the sandwich but it was as the bottom of the bread. So packed and paper thin it compared to the wrap. Seriously. Go somewhere else!!

Basically they don’t like customersOne of the Unhappy place I have ever visited .0 customer service. They need to learn so much about customer service. Don’t waste time to go there for bad experience rather I will be happy to drink water and stay away from this place.

I came and ordered a sandwich. When I ask if I can use restroom, employee told me it’s closed. I explained I just want to wash my hand. She kept saying restroom is closed. I saw there is a sink behind her and I just asked if I can use that sink to wash my hand. She just repeated “it’s closed”. I am wondering how difficult to let a customer wash his hand in subway.

The staff here speaks Spanish amongst themselves thinking the customer does not understand. Rude and mean. No apologies when confronted. This subway has been an upset since my first visit. C
