Terrible, I ordered at the terminal. Got my order and the taco was clearly ordered with no lettuce and add beans. Took it back in and showed the receipt. Then got it back with no lettuce and no beef... are you kidding??

First time at a Taco Bell, and was told off for looking at the menu, as we ‘HAVE TO ORDER AT THE TABLETS’ which, while fine, if you know what you want, hit you should be able to look at the menu.Honestly pretty disappointing.

Could not understand cashier in the drive thru, did not speak English well. Got my order wrong too. When I pulled up to the window, he just held out his hand expecting money without looking at me or saying anything. He kept my card and eventually gave me my food. I sat there waiting for my card when when he noticed I hadn't left, he handed it to me. I then asked him for a receipt. He took a while and called his manager over. The manager also doesn't speak English very well and handed me a tiny receipt that didn't really look official and said some things I couldn't understand. It took a while but I figured out that she was saying that she wasn't sure if the charge went through and to check my back account. I pulled out my phone to check and she asked me for my card back to swipe again, acting like I was trying to swindle her. I told her I was checking my account first and refused to give them back my card. I saw the charge on my account and told them it went through. I asked them for a receipt again but they just pointed to the unofficial one in my hand. I decided to just leave after that. The burrito I got was definitely sitting out for a while and they just reheated it. It tasted stale and some of it wasn't heated. I'm worried I'm gonna be sick.

me and my friends went here for something eat before we had to go to practice and as soon as we walked in the ordering process was very confusing because they had machines that didn’t work so we had to order from the guy running the drive thru. we waited for 20 mins for our food just to find out our food had been given to the wrong people. the guy who was working the drive thru was very apologetic and we asked the people making the food if they could remake it and the lady said no and that if we didn’t sit down she would call the cops on us. so we asked for the manager and she said there wasn’t one. so i asked the guy working the drive thru who the manager was and he said it was the lady who was refusing to remake our food. and i asked for a refund and she said “no i don’t know how” she was very unprofessional. there were 2 people cooking and we were the only people in the restaurant and they couldn’t be bothered to remake our food that we had already paid for. then the two cooks started talking bad about us in spanish not knowing our friend spoke spanish and understood what was being said, then another guy who seemed very young started saying this under his breath and when we asked him what he said the manager told him to stop talking to us. we also noticed that there were 2 or 3 kids in the restaurant that were clearly the managers kids who were sitting there crying behind the counter. there was a boy and a girl and the girl really stood out because she didn’t look like she was taken care of and when the argument started to get heated between us and the manager she ran out outside into the parking lot she was probably 7-9 years old and she came back inside when she calmed down. we eventually did get our food i’m not sure who made it but the order still wasn’t right and since we had already wasted 40 minutes of our 1 hour lunch break arguing with this lady we just took the food and left. as we were walking out we asked the little girl if she was okay or if she needed help and she just nodded her head. and the younger guy started saying things to our friend again and was saying more stuff we didn’t understand. and after all of this me and one other girl got food poisoning the whole experience was terrible and we won’t be coming back
