Gonna miss Tuna House. They have shut down and this location is now Hurry Curry of Tokyo.

At the first moment you enter this restaurant the personel give you a pleasant feeling. Very congenial stuff, it is a kind place to pass time with friends or with your date. Great cuisine, qualified chef de cuisine, comfortable cost and attentive service. Highly recommended.

I came here many years ago when I was in the area. I loved their sashimi. It was aged so well that it melted in my mouth yet so unpleasant fish smell at all. The best sashimi I had in the area. Too bad that I read that one of the owners retiring.

I came at a less busy time of the restaurant and was able to get a table right away. The food came out pretty quickly, and the flavor of their sushi was delicious. The price is comparable to other higher end sushi restaurants.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place last night after having found the ramen place Kazuki too busy and didn't feel like waiting. Didn't look all that nice from the outside but the food safety rating posted on the door was "Excellent" so we decided to take a chance. Best Sushi on the east side by far! Great miso soup, fresh edamame, yummy and crispy veggie tempura. Sushi and sashimi were really fresh (no "fishy" smell what so ever). Bento Box was huge and came with nice variety. Tuna House beats Ascend (high end Sushi & Steak place at South Lincoln Sqr), I Love Sushi, Japonessa, not to mention all the other little casual low end sushi places like Kobe, Sushi Me, etc. Can't wait to go back!!

The best sushi I've had on the east side. Service is very good and quick. The fish is extremely fresh and the quality is great. I love coming here for lunch and having their Nitro Salmon Roll, which is crunchy and spicy and delicious. Their donburi bowls are also amazing and I find myself here for lunch a lot. Definitely a place to check out for dinner or lunch, it's my last go to sushi place after I moved from Fremont and Chiso closed :( :( Good sushi is hard to come by so don't miss this place!

Good food. Horrible service. The owner lady took our food away while we went to the restroom. Still had plenty to finish... so annoying. Then she told us on our way out next time don't go to the restroom together and have at least one person wait at the table... WTF... how about don't throw customer's food away without asking?

The fish was AMAZING, and the staff so friendly and attentive. They even took the liberty to helping me sort out my bill adjustments for company vs. personal card. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Best sushi place I've had in a long time. The raw fish - salmon and tuna especially - were fresh and full of flavor (with the exception of hamachi, which was just alright). Unagi had an amazing balance of sweet and savory. Egg was just alright. The sushi rice itself was perfectly soft with a hint of sweetness and sesame seeds to highlight the fish flavor while still being enjoyable stand-alone. The great food was matched with unbeatable presentation - undoubtedly the most creative and decorative Chirashi I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

Good quality fish, but more expensive than usual for the area.

Wow - awesomely fresh and super tasty sushi and sashimi! Also, the miso soup was very nice.

Love this place. The service speaks Japanese, that should be enough... but rest assured, the sushi is fantastic, fresh, delicious, authentic.

I have never posted a review before but I am compelled to this time because I hope others don't make the same mistake we did. This place is awful! Older lady host is rude and worse, the food is not fresh and overpriced. If you want quality sushi and sashimi you can go to Kiku sushi in Bellevue with lower price and much, much higher quality food. This is the worst mistake that I have ever made for a restaurant selection. Ginger and cucumber salad are spoiled and the tempura is drenched in oil. The fried chicken tastes frozen. We are from Kyoto and this is food should not be categorized as Japanese. Very shameful.

The sushi tastes great but the service is just ok. One time they said they are out of tea! It was lunch time not dinner! The price is a bit high too. They often charge a little bit more than the price on the menu. Because it's just a little bit, I just let them but it's not fair to the customers.
