Drove over and made a special trip to this bakery. We take our very shy dog everywhere with us. We were instantly told no dogs allowed upon entering this establishment (there was no sign on the door, I checked). I felt that the way we were told was rude. When I looked at her in surprise from her tone, she paused and said sorry. Anyways, needless to say, I didn't feel welcomed and left without buying anything.

Yall this place is not cheap. All GF foods are expensive, however. And honestly, worth every penny. The only thing I wish is that they had more single serve items. I would have bought one of everything if they came in smaller ammounts.Vegetarian options: A number of good vegan options, including donuts and bars.Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free and vegan.

Minimal Assembly

Have purchased pie crust from here for two holiday seasons. Most recently in December, they sold me a defective crust that arrived scored with knife slices at the base and with a cracking top crust. Needless to say, the pie that I made leaked through the bottom and cracked at the top. I called the Bellevue store and after 2 days, got a cashier on the line. I also sent an email with photos. 2 months (it’s February now) later and still no response. At this point, I would not recommend a business that cannot stand behind its product or respond to customers.

I have a rather newly (very picky) gluten and dairy free 11-year-old. This place is a godsend for him. Everything is very good and the people are great nice.

We feel so lucky to have a wonderful dedicated gluten- free bakery in our community, and we especially love the Cinnamon buns and the Lemon Bars. But I was shocked to see a 1 star review because they use canola oil in some products. Never mind the claims of some "journalist" -- here's what Harvard's school of Health has to say: "canola oil is a safe and healthy form of fat that will reduce blood LDL cholesterol levels and heart disease risk compared to carbohydrates or saturated fats such as found in beef tallow or butter." And this is from a medical journal review last spring: "Canola oil can now be regarded as one of the healthiest edible vegetable oils in terms of its biological functions and its ability to aid in reducing disease-related risk factors and improving health."

WOW. Seriously. Fantastic. Amazing food, even as someone freshly gluten free. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely fantastic as all the reviews say, but THE RED VELVET CUPCAKES. Seriously! So good! And the biscotti are fantastic!Dietary restrictions: AMAZING for dietary restrictions. Clearly they are gluten free, but they have tons of dairy free, vegan, raw vegan, and low/no sugar options. Seriously a dream when it comes to options!Parking: The store front doesn’t stick out, but there is plenty of parking in the strip mall. Small-ish spots for big carsKid-friendliness: Not the most kid friendly spot, but definitely not bad for kids! Had my 3 year old and did need to remind her that there was no touching, but not bad for a quick stop.

The vegan desserts are so good! The cranberry/raspberry streusel bars? Fanastic. The guy at the counter said "You're gonna like these" and he was right. We will be back :)

This place came highly recommended by our friends who has celiac. This bakery is one of the few gluten free options out here in king county. They have a small selection of cupcakes, bread, and bake goods but for people who truly need to be gluten free, this place fulfills the need.
