I am getting so tired of restaurants selling food that is average (or below average) but charging like it is exceptional. Calling yourself a bistro and putting a burger on a brioche bun doesn't make you special. It's a trick, and I'm sick of it. I'm not going to another restaurant where they're trying to convince college idiots that average is somehow better than it is, AND to pay a premium for it. If I'm going to pay $25 for a cheeseburger for my daughter, it better be the best cheeseburger she will ever have. No more!

Staff were amazing! We didn’t realize it was St. Patrick’s and there were amazing Irish dancers. Atmosphere was grea. Food was not too salty except chicken wings. Lamb burger, mussels and meatloaf were excellent. In fact we were in Seattle for 2 days and we went there for dinner two days in a row. Thank you!

The best Mac and Cheese in the world belongs to this place! It was the first restaurant I visited when I came to Bellingham 4 years ago, and I want to ensure it will be the last as I leave this town.

Great beer selection, excellent service, friendly atmosphere. The food is a cut above the average pub fare. I had the salmon chowder and the pesto salmon sandwich with roasted potatoes. Delicious! Anikah served me at the bar. She was there when needed, and never intrusive. It was my first time there, but she greeted many of her apparent regulars by name, and knew their preferred drinks. Great place! I hope to become a regular.

Came in on a Wednesday evening. Quick seating, polite staff. Did take awhile to get checked on but only one waitress. Food was subpar. Not hot, under seasoned. Chicken enchilada dish not recommended.
Staple of Bellingham. Can be busy, because it’s consistently yummy.

The beef stew was overloaded with black pepper to the point it was inedible. The bangers and mash had a strange seasoning combination. When we asked the server how the cheesecake was, they replied, “well, you’re asking a vegan” -not, “I hear it’s great” -or “the bakery that makes it is divine” We didn’t ask about our servers dietary preferences, we asked how the cheesecake was. So, we didn’t get desert and left to discover the many other quality choices that are around. Maybe don’t waste your time and money here.

Amazing meal, Quentin went above and beyond to be super helpful with the kids we had, and the food was so good. The GF French dip was 10/10, delicious harvest salad, great ciders and cocktails. Will be back!! The host was also a total gem and so accommodating.

Very odd experience. The waiter Brian, who is apparently the front of the house manager, barely spoke to us. When he came to take our order he just walked up and stared at us, no greeting, nothing. The tacos were cold, same as the burger. Overall, weirdest experience I have seen in a long time.
