I've never had a bad sandwich here, and the side potatoes are always delicious. I'm not a vegetarian but the vegetarian sandwich is actually my favorite! So flavorful. Can be a bit of a wait at the lunch rush on weekends.

I ate at cafe rumba about two months ago and have been craving it ever since. Yesterday I worked a 12 hour shift with no lunch break and craved cafe rumba so bad. I had to get surgery today so I couldn’t eat past midnight so I wanted my last meal to bephenomenal. So I drove an hour to Bellingham and stressed about the parking situation the whole time, just to get this amazing food. And let me tell you, it was toe curling and I’m so glad I got it.

The best sandwich shop in town. They have specials every weekday and every single sandwich is amazing. You have to get the side of potatoes, they are soooooo good. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always on top of their game.

Fantastic laidback restaurant pumping out some seriously delicious food!! We have heard the portions are big so we chose to split the pollo sandwich that comes with potatoes it was absolutely amazing & had just enough heat to it to tickle my taste buds. Small selection of draft beer also a good selection of canned beer & cider. Definitely worth checking out & make sure you go hungry!!

I recently had the joy of experiencing Cafe Rumba's fish tacos, and let me just say, they were nothing short of a fiesta on a plate. The blend of flavors was so spot-on, I half expected a mariachi band to start playing with every bite. And it's not just the tacos that deserve a standing ovation; their entire menu seems to be on a mission to make your taste buds dance the salsa. I'm already plotting my next visit for one of their Peruvian sandwiches – if the tacos are the opening act, I can only imagine the encore. Now, onto a slightly amusing caveat. While Cafe Rumba nails it in the flavor department, their ventilation system seems to be on a siesta. Post-meal, my clothes were a souvenir of my culinary journey, scented with the essence of the kitchen. So, a word to the wise: maybe leave your fancy threads at home, unless you're aiming to bring the aroma of Cafe Rumba with you wherever you go.In a nutshell, Cafe Rumba is the spot if you're after mouthwatering fish tacos and a side of culinary adventure. Just consider the ventilation quirk part of its charm – who needs perfume when you've got eau de Rumba?

I ordered the "Peruana" sandwich and it was a delightful combination of flavors. The yucca was delicious as well. Well done!

They have some of the best sandwiches in town. The sauce they put on their fingerling potatoes is divine - I'd put it on everything if I could!
