The chicken pot pie is made from scratch and is the best we've ever had (sorry Mom). The servers are friendly, timely with their check ins, and are focused on the customers having a great experience. It's a great spot in historic Fairhaven.
Wandering through Fairhaven today I decided to try Cobalt. The service was attentive and honest, and the food equally matched. Ordered the "half chicken" with broccolini and was amazed by how each item was amplified by perfect seasoning and cook times. I was so enamored with my visit that next time I'm in this neck of the woods I'll bring company. The restaurant accommodates large parties but has the vibe of an intimate space. My daughter and her husband are with me tonight. I ordered the blackened salmon, she, the veggie burger and he, the chicken. We're all extremely happy with our dishes. The food is enhanced, not disguised and covered by seasonings or sauces.
