Really impressed by their new menu. Got the mushroom tart and the schnitzel - super tasty. Love the fresh, locally sourced ingredients and kitchen creativity. Kudos to Tim S. and his top-shelf staff.
The restaurant has been through several different chefs in their time here and it had been about 2 years since we last ate here. My wife and I went last night and everything was great. The service was perfect, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. We shared the Dungeness crab and salmon pate appetizer. It was really tasty, lumps of crab meat, claw and body in a dill mayo. Great for a birthday or a celebration, as it is pricey, but the food and service is top-notch! They cater to everyone's dietary needs and will alter the menu items if necessary! The food is incredible, the flavor, presentation, and craftsmanship of the whole menu is one of the best in Bellingham. Their cocktails are also delicious and well-crafted. The atmosphere is unmatched, you feel like you're getting a 5-star dining experience
