Insomnia Cookies is one of the best places on in the nation capital but unfortunately this location is horrible the service is bad and they need to be able to have more accountability for the things that they do with quality of service I think to understand that we need to have a situation here with things I'm going on time to live on time and accountability needs to be there for situations for people in German not people who will find experiences when you deal with delays the expectations are not there these are a type of place that brings Americans together as a whole and to understand that we love things that evolved with talking about generations of quality deserves when we don't do that we neglecting our own health and our well-being for others and not taking accountability for the things the reason why we have poor experiences thank you

Once you eat these cookies, you can never go back.Insomnia Cookies are soft, warm, gooey, and they melt-in-your-mouth. They are baked to perfection.I had them delivered to my home and they were still warm!

We were in the area and I had to do some shopping but I needed some calories first, so we walked in to Insomnia Cookies to get a fix, well sort of... I think next time I'll be trying the ice cream, or going somewhere else, because the Double Chocolate Chunk cookie I ordered was the biggest letdown of 2023. When I ordered a cookie at specialty cookie shop I expected to be bedazzled, instead I looked at my friend and said "what's this?". My cookie was very small for a $2.95 cookie, not only that, the flavor didn't at all provoke me to go back and order another one. I honestly could have walked over to Haggen and picked up an entire bag of cookies from their bakery for another $3 and had a far superior cookie experience. The cashier was very friendly, and the customer bathroom was clean. The ice cream looked good, I might try that next time. I'll be going elsewhere for cookies though.
It's really overpriced. Staff was kind, all props to her but 20$ for two orders of cookies is such a stretch

I’ve ordered from the website and did the shipping to my house, but finally got to try the in person cookie experience on a recent trip to Bellingham and I must say the cookies and frosting are amazing! Ordered a variety of the larger cookies to take home and freeze and they freeze and thaw excellent! I can’t wait to go back up north to Bellingham because this will be on my list of stops each and every time going forward.What scrumptious cookies!! The person working was friendly and even tossed in an extra cookie, completely unexpected since they were out of one variety that I’d chosen.

Horrible customer service. It's not possible to contact someone about your order. I received my cookies that were left out over night at my doorstop and was still costed charged for them even though I canceled my order on Uber Eats after waiting an hour and obviously tried calling the store with no success. No tracking so you could literally be waiting for ever with no way of knowing when your order is coming. This is my last time ordering from you guys. I tried one more time after you burnt my cookies on the last order. ?
