My 11 yr old son and I were traveling thru on our way to B.C. and found this place on Google. Menu is pretty limited but delicious. Staff was very friendly and service was great! The lady who owns the place showed my son and I a really fun game. They have over 1000 bird games to choose from!!

The place is an awesome atmosphere! We were in Bellingham for a few nights over labor day weekend, stopped in here for an appetizer and some beers, ended up staying 3 hours. My and my SO went from happy, angry at each other (briefly), to laughing because that's just how board games go. Good selection of beers, and the rest of the food lookedl ike bar food. I figure you're not going here for fine dining but the tots we got rocked. Our only complaint was the group of smelly guys next to us that insisted on having their shoes off with legs stretched out into our space. Not the bar's fault at all though, lol.

Let's start with the good....super friendly staff, the fastest damn refills in the biz, awesome games, amazing food, great atmosphere, lots of laughs. We came for dinner on a Saturday night, were instantly seated and had a drink order in before we could get settled. The have two "levels" of games, a huge assortment you can play for free and in another room a ton of games that require a "membership". These games take are more in depth and play longer, hence the membership. Games in the free section are plentiful and entertaining. The food is great, super tasty. Pretty much the only negative I could say is the air conditioning. It was like 8 at night on a semi cool day and the AC was cranked. We would have stayed longer if I wasn't ready to cut glass.

Crazy food creations, which are delicious, great atmosphere, and board games! How can you go wrong! Staff's always friendly and the wait for my food has never been very long. This place rocks.

The food was delicious! The host was so kind and patient with all of our questions as we are from out of town! We love Harry Potter and the feel was perfect. From the board games, to the food and atmosphere you can't go wrong! We even had our 7y/o son with us and he loved it!

Nice place. Food was good. Good selection of board games. The way they charge for playing games is a little different. You buy a membership to the level of games you want to play. Game levels are based on how expensive they are to purchase. It was a fair way to handle it. There are free games to play and they even have a way for people only coming by one time to pay a daily membership fee. Since we were just passing through that was nice.

Be aware that not all games are playable for free. The more involved and popular games cost a daily or membership fee. Not a large fee but worth noting. Tater tots nachos Totchos were the highlight of our night. Good beer every game ever and a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. We will go back again soon.

Really enjoyed our visit to this unique gem. There were so many games to choose from it took us awhile but we eventually found one. The food was delicious and well priced. I also liked the selection of local beer if I'm ever back in the area I will visit again.

Where was this when I was a kid!!?? A truly fantastic way to hang out with your friends or spend quality time with your family. The food is wonderful and bursting with puns and flavor. My only issue is that the Rook & Rogue is such a long drive for me! It's still worth it.

Its a great place! The food is great, but a bit overpriced if thats something to worry about. The game selection is huge with pretty any game i can think of. The atmosphere is great as well. It feels like you are only with your group yet there is still a bunch of people in the building

The Rook and Rogue is a grate place to meetup with friends to eat and play board games. Their selection of games is wonderful, anything from casual games for everyone to full out all in gamers. Their staff is friendly, they are more then willing to help pick out a game if you are unsure what to play and their food is quite decent as well. If you are looking to host a family game night type event and don't want the mess at home or want a wide variety of games then this is the place for you.

We were in the back corner and definitely felt a little forgotten about sometimes, but the server still took good care of us all things considered. The food was pretty great too. Highlights for me include the Bulbasaur Bites, the Monster Mac (I had it with chicken) and, if you like your booze bubbly and sweet, the Sailor Moon. Definitely wanna go back and try more soon!

Love me some Rook and Rogue! The food is good super reasonable, and the games are amazing. The service is always really nice but expect it to be relaxed and little slow given the nature of the restaurant. I would HIGHLY recommend Rook and Rogue for a night with friends or a date night, the games are a-plenty! I would highly recommend the tater tots and the burgers are super tasty.
