Beware! Drive through experience always disappoints me!!!! Grrrr…. They always missed items on my order. People make sure to check your order before leaving drive thru line. Hate to go back and you can’t call because they either put their phone off or they’re disconnected.

We love Popeyes chicken unfortunately this location Popeyes is just terrible.The last time we visited we witnessed blatant racism. We were in the drive thru and the lady in the car in front of us had a foreign accent but spoke English just fine. The employee, kept yelling he couldn't tell her how much something cost. She wasn't asking how much something cost she was just trying to order. He very rudely yelled, "I can't understand a word you are saying with that accent. What language do you speak?" When the lady apologized, the employees said, "You just need to come in because I don't speak your language." The lady tried one more time speaking very slowly and the employee finally understood. Her body language definitely indicated she was embarrassed.Everyone in my vehicle was shocked by how the employee spoke to the lady. When we pulled up, the screen went black. The employee came on with an attitude. When I said I couldn't order because the screen just went blank, he very rudely said, "Well there's nothing I can do about that. Are you going to order or not?" I was not going to be spoken to that way. I immediately said, "First off, I can't order because the screen is black. And you will not to treat me the way you treated the previous customer. You will speak to me kindly." He proceeded to get an attitude and said more rude things. So I drive away. He then made rude jesters to me as I drove off which our children saw. I called and complained mainly because of the racism we witnessed. The manager on duty tried to defend the employee but claimed she would speak to him. I don't know how you defend racism but...it just didn't feel like the manager took it seriously.We have decided not to go back to this location. We just can't support a business that would treat someone that way.

Every time is a negative experience! The wait time is ALWAYS unrealistically atrocious. Whether its ordering red beans and rice and receiving all rice or them literally never having white meat. Usually I love Popeyes, but at least half of the time I go here and I order the typical chicken sandwich but it seems like they prefer to keep the chicken to themselves and give me 75% breading, 15% chicken and 10% sauce. Maybe stop feeding us baby chicks and give us some meat on the sandwich.

I also work in fast food so I understand things get stressful ppl get burnt out. Understood. But I've gone there multiple times after work just to treat myself and get sum food. However, the last few times my order has been missing multiple things. The girl that brought my food to me tonight couldn't refrain from hitting her vape Everytime she went back inside the closed lobby so I had to ask her to bring the missing items back out. Overall just not a great experience hopefully turns around.

However, our income stays the same how can we provide for ourselves or our families? The price for 6 biscuits (not worth it!) The price for one of their Value Meals isn't a value... Chicken not fully cooked biscuits dry and a choking hazard. I should have gone to the one down the street...Parking: Decent size parking lot ample.spaces oer slot.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there was a ramp....

This place never has chicken ready to serve. And when it is chicken Available it's a bunch of tights or very small legs.. spicy chicken is never ready or cooked. Sometimes they tell its not even any at all for them to cook. The ppl who take your order has no positive energy when u walk in they look at u like why are you here. I guess the only good thing is if you choose to eat inside the lobby is mostly clean. ?

I mistakenly order 1 wrong item and I asked could I switch out ( I haven't left the drive thru window nor touch the food) they told me no I couldn't switch but proceeds to ask did I want to buy the other item smh terrible
