We have visited many of their restaurants over the years and really enjoyed them. This one was definitely not in the same category. Poor service to the point where employees didn't know how to make certain items on the menu. Also when the crowd died down and we were one of only two customers left in the store, the tables and floor were a mess and yet all the employees were in the back talking and on their phones. Food: Really good for fast food. It's tasty and doesn't leave you with a gut bomb. Service: Great! Really friendly young people working on the day we were there. Ambience: Pretty good. One of the better locations. Location: Right off the freeway. Good for road-trips. Near a Dutch Bros as a bonus.
