This place is very homey and welcoming. The coffee and lotus drinks are very yummy and the small menu is perfect! And the sweet treats? Amazing!!! Don’t miss this hidden gem!

Stopped for a quick lunch. Ate fried chicken breasts and NC pork bbq sandwich/cole slaw at a picnic table. The most economical meal we’ve had, $15 for 2. Good food & good deal! Try it.

My family has been to Pauline's five times in the course of one month. We have been consistently given our sumptuous, fresh breakfast orders in a timely manner and with talented wait staff. (The girls run around to all the tables, filling requests and remembering everything we asked for.)Thanks Krista!

3 stars due to poor customer service from the wait staff. Food deserves 5 stars!Definitely recommend any of their "Hash mixes"We walked in excited to finally try the Restraunt we see everytime on our drive into town... As my boyfriend and I walk in the server shouts we will be right with you! Mind you I was in now way shape r form in a hurry and wasn't making it seem I was either. We finally get seated at 1 of 8 tables. The hostess gave us coffee and creamer but no utensils to stir with, now mind you I'm a waitress and I'm not expecting her to get us everything right away. But after a few minutes of waiting my boyfriend asked the waitress for some silverware, she responded "yes! When I walk back overthere I can" in the rudest tone. We then proceeded to wait even longer for the. Silverware and heard her telling other customers that it was because they had no silverware rolled up..... I was thinking to myself "why does it need to be rolled?" She was making excuses for her short comings.We finally got our silverware and at this point my boyfriend drank his coffee unstirred and mine got cold, he needed a refill as well. She goes "so what are u getting " directed only at him... I clearly grab the the menu and tell her what we want and she leaves with coffee pot in hand with out coffee refill. This just continued on until we received our food which was cooked wonderful but I left as soon as our bill was paid to stop myself from going off on this lady. I would definitely order out through them but don't waste your time sitting down at this establishment.

This restaurant has the best waitress, her name is Krista. She is friendly, organized, sweet and a beautiful person. We enjoy the food too. It is a place that makes you feel at home. We love it here!

My family stopped in on Super Bowl Sunday and the food was Awesome! Everyone was so friendly, it came up number 1 on Yelp for the area! It's a must!!

Great coffee and breakfast! We eat here fairly regularly and love the chicken fried steak breakfast. Lunch is also good. Service is great and friendly!

Going for a Sunday drive decided spontaneously to stop for breakfast. Upon entering the dining area is one room, lots of tables and packed with people eating breakfast. (That's a good thing) but for me I heard lots of chatter, people coughing made me hesitant to be in a confined room with a bunch of people knowing I would have to take my mask off to eat. I generally stay away from small public places without good ventilation but I noticed an outdoor patio and asked if we could sit there, she replied sure thinking we were crazy cause it's cold outside but the sun was shining ?. This was the best breakfast I've had in years !The portions were good size so I asked for a go box but I didn't end up using it because it was so yummy ?The waitress was absolutely pleasant and personable. I could tell she loved her job so we tipped her well and said we'd be back again.

We have always received Great service from all the staff. The food is very good and comes out quick. We drive 45 minutes to eat here, that's how good it is. Give yourself time as many frequent Paulines and you may have to wait. It's worth the wait.
