Small restaurant in a strip mall next to the 99 Ranch supermarket in Edmonds. Primary serving Yunnan style rice noodles and also clay pot rice. Wasn't too busy for dine in on a Sunday. For the food, we got a spicy sliced beef and tendons to share, and that was decent. I got the golden beef clay pot rice noodle, which had slices of beef, some pickled vegetables, quail eggs, luncheon meat among other things. It's a good-sized clay pot worth of soup noodles. Real good rice noodles place!!! Very chewy noodles with rich broth. Every time up to Edmond I would order a to go rice noodle in this place when I craving so bad for rice noodles! I'm kinda picky for noodles, but it deserves a 5 stars!! Reasonable price, fast friendly service, & real yummy noodles!!

I'm obsessed with this place. I found it after reading a book in which Chinese noodle soup was described repeatedly in mouth watering detail and then searching for Chinese noodles near me. Thank goodness, because now I dream about Taste Rice Noodle's amazing soup! For me, it's everything I want in takeout.
