Ordered prime rib as medium rare and it was served well done, then we were told well done was the rarest piece they had (that should have been stated when we ordered). We were a group of 6 and the server delivered 4 of our drinks and the last 2 sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes while he chatted with folks at another table. Would have been appropriate for the bartender to deliver them as he was doing nothing and had no guests at the bar. There was no sense of urgency by either of the 2 servers or bartender for drinks, food or delivering the check. The woman at the table next to us stood waving her check for several minutes and finally walked over to the computer and asked one of the servers to process her payment. The restaurant has great decor and a really cool vibe, but sadly the food was mediocre at best and the service was subpar. I think with some proper training of the staff the service could match the vibe and food could be accurately described to avoid any disappointment when served. Unfortunately, we were there for a graduation celebration and it did not live up to our expectations and was not very memorable.

So excited they are back!!! Food was as good, if not better than before. The craft drinks are still a highlight, and this place totally rocks the service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Our love affair with the Huntsman continues!

We made reservations for my husband‘s birthday and everything was wonderful. Juliet was our server and she was amazing. We had everything on time. Everything was perfect. Food was great and all the drinks with the entrées that we ordered was spot on and it was a perfect experience, loved it.

I had a wonderful meal at the Huntsman. They have the most extensive whiskey selection I've ever seen. The pork chop was just as amazing as the reviews led me to expect, and cooked perfectly. The service was attentive but not overbearing, also ideal.

Omgosh, this is one of my favorite places to go. The staff are so helpful and friendly, never too much. The food is delicious, had the prime rib dip, which is a tower of yummy goodness! Plus I get one of the best crafted Old Fashions to sip and enjoy! Doesn't get much better than that.

First visit was perfect, second was a little lackluster for the price. Definitely a classy place that is fun for special occasions. The service is okay but does not quite match the prices paid. Steaks are very good. Appetizers seem overpriced. Would love a better beer selection, but understand it's primarily a cocktail/spirit kind of place.

Amazing dinner. We had rib eyes and fried chicken. The garlic mashed and gravy with the chicken was perfect and the steaks, well let's just say they are some of the best I've ever had had.
Ethan made sure this special celebration was top of the line. He had the tables ready and the champagne chilled. He is a delight to have at your table.

Excellent food. We’ve tried other restaurants in the area but this is hand’s down the best food in Ellensburg. Their salads are fantastic. My husband has gotten their steak, hamburger, pork chops, and mashed potatoes and all are excellent. We’ve dined there three times in the last year and always very impressed.

Our server Tyler was top notch! Very informative on specials!! Blackened Salmon was by far one of the best meals I have ever had there! Needs to be on the menu year round ❤️
