The staff was extremely nice; food was freshly prepared with not too long of wait. I was drawn in by a sign for their cheese curds, which sounded perfect for an afternoon snack. Cheese curds were delicious, but pricey (almost $6) and the small box was only 3/4" full. What was there was pretty tasty, but the value was not.

I was heading tonthe movies, when I realized I had enough time to grab a bite to eat. Everett Mall is normally a bit of a ghost town, but today was Halloween Eve, so it was a bit more lively than other days, and I had a hankerin' for some root beer. I ordered a bbq cheeseburger meal. The meal consisted of the cheeseburger and fries with a soda. Above and beyond expectations (it's in a mall food court) great customer service; clean, friendly staff, easygoing with prompt and precise service... The food itself... Classic delicious A&W (maybe even a little crisper and cleaner tasting than the old restaurant) And 50 Cent soda refills! I'll be going back very soon!
