Worst juice I have ever had. I specifically asked if it was fresh fruit juice and the lady on the counter said yes. The mango-pineapple juice was like sugar syrup and nothing close to fresh juice. Why would you falsely tell a customer something!

Their new watermelon Julius is to die for but it's only here for a short time which really sucks it's my favorite... It's not fair that Dairy Queen aren't you is are owned by the same yet very Queen no longer ofers this flavor. They really should make it a permanent flavor on their menu

I promised my 1.5 year old son a smoothie all morning long. Our credit card wouldn't swipe/read (which I've never had an issue, ever). I tried saying maybe we could try again, or use plastic bag the way I've seen vendors do, the manager (a woman believed to be the manager) walked up and in a rude voice said "We don't stick plastic through out credit card machine!" I asked if they can type in the number to which again I received a rude "No." no explanation, no solution, no pointing me in the direction of an ATM, nothing, simply no. Very rude, customer service, don't make a trip here. Their debit/credit machine doesn't work and they have no solution. After I walked away I went a few Vendors down and ate at one of the other mall establishments and then went over to the frozen yogurt shop. Everywhere my debit card ran without a glitch. I will never return to a place that has such rude service.
Actually this was my first time having orange Julius. I got the original, and it tasted great. The customer service was good and the drinks came out fairly fast. Price was decent too at about 5 dollars a drink. I'm not so sure I'll come here often, as it is a really sweet drink and I'm not a big fan of the ice cream like after flavor. Great place to go for a cool drink.

I have to agree with pretty much everything Isaac said. I loved the Orange Julius at Bellevue Square when I was a kid, but these stores seem to have become extremely rare now. Luckily there is one here at the Everett Mall. I wouldn't say this store is outstanding or noticeably different from competitors Jamba Juice or Emerald City Smoothie, though. It's smoothies in a blender. Not much you can do with that to shake it up (like my pun?). Basically, Orange Julius is more of the same. Drinks are of course expensive, and there's no way I would have been able to get these all the time back in the mid-1990s at these prices. I paid $5.45 for a large 24-ounce, although you really shouldn't need any larger than a medium. Not sure whether that was even worth it considering how the drinks are just heavily mixed with ice in a blender. Still debating whether reliving my nostalgia was worth those thousand extra calories.

Every once in awhile you need to treat yourself to drink that reminds you of your youth. I haven't had an Orange Julius in many years so when I saw this place I decided to give it a try. The drink is what I remembered; very refreshing and tasty. I love this drink when I was a kid and the kid in me loves it now.
