This is a very slow location. There were 3 cars before me and it took 10 minutes or more. I've been to a full up Mercury's coffee many times and it didn't take that long. Hopefully this isn't normal. Coffee was good though.

I ordered the sasquash track, with decaf coffee, whip cream and chocolate drizzle. It was the nastiest thing I've ever tasted. Just straight up gross. Plus they were out of whip cream and chocolate

Very frustrating they are always out of something. The person who does the inventory ording needs to step it up and quit running out of stuff so frequently. And it wouldn't hurt for the staff to speed it up there seems to be very little urgency when making drinks to keep the long lines moving... Very nice people but there is definitely room for improvement...

Must have been a busy night, with long lines lines on both sides. Funny thing is there were at least four people working the two windows. Not sure why it was backed up so much or why it took a literal half-hour to get to the window. Most unfortunate.
I love to stop by for a coffee at any of their locations. It's usually the first thing I do when arriving and leaving

Not sure why the payment option is limited to just using a chip credit or debit card. You can't use cash and your credit card must have a chip. Never heard of that before but to me it screams we only want certain people buying our coffee. Imagine not being able to buy coffee because you don't have a debit card that has a chip. I work with many people who due to circumstances they don't have control over the fact their bank doesn't give them a chip card. Or the fact companies now force employees to have a bank account for direct deposit or they give them a debit card (without a chip) their paychecks are deposited on. Like seriously life is hard and depressing enough in America, why do we need to make purchasing coffee equally hard and depressing? It's freaking coffee! I will fully support any coffee stand that allows anyone with USD to buy a friggin cup of coffee. End financial discrimination today!

I love my Big Foot Java crew as much as I love their drinks. They treat me very kind and I appreciate them as well.

Everything is great about this place, but coffee tends to be a bit higher in price then other stands.

My mother LOVES their coffee and is elderly and can no longer drive so I get them for her. HOWEVER, it frequently takes 40 minutes or more to get a coffee. When I got to the window (I was 6th in line) they were all chatting amongst themselves rather than making coffee. It's great to have fun at work, but you have to do the work too. And I had to give the order 3x because she was having trouble focusing on me rather than her friends.
