This place is good overall but it seems that when Kenny is on the clock the scanner “never works”. I’ve been to this Starbucks 4 times & Kenny has been our barista every time, whenever I ask him to scan my phone for the stars it always happens that the scanner is “not working”, it’s very unbelievable because how would it not be working after such a long time between each time I go.

The girl in the blonde with green high lite hair needs to talk less and work more. I was already waiting in the counter ready to give my order and she decided to continue gossiping with other Co worker and I'm over here waiting for a good minute.

Rude staff members. Ordered very simple coffee and gave me cold coffee. Gave us a hard time to remake so we asked for a refund. Made us wait 20 minutes just to refund the wrong amount. Train your staffs and actually have disciplinary action taken so they know there's consequences to being rude to paying customers. This is how you lose business, eventually your store will close with this continued manner. Being kind doesn't cost a thing.

There are only a couple Starbucks in my area I will go to. It's this one and the one on 164th and Bothell Everett Hwy. The others just have poor customer service as well as make drinks horribly. Thanks for being awesome! ☺️

Bacon Gouda Egg was delicious as always, but the Iced Caramel Macchiato was bitter and the caramel layer at the bottom was so thin that you could see through it even though I paid for extra caramel. Store was busy and I was under a time crunch so I didn't bother asking for a remake or a refund but I won't be coming back to this location; it's just not worth it. It'd be nice to get my 60 cents back for the extra caramel though :/

Obstacle course of boxes and limited seating made this visit less pleasant. Usually this store is great and the staff still was. They are still requiring bathroom escorts however which is unpleasant.
