For being located on Casino Rd. it surprisingly has a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I don't buy here often (they don't offer 32oz drinks and I end up paying the same price for a 24oz) but I'd highly recommend this place if you don't mind paying a bit more.Parking: Very few spots throughout the day but there is a drive-thru
I come here almost every morning and haven't had a single issue, the staff is always friends and super quick it's pretty damn impressive ? each person always has a warm smile and they obviously have a great team that works together ❤️ hopefully this location will come back to us in the future.

Drive through is served first. Meaning they will take your order if your inside but wonts start making it until all cars have been served first. Just and FYI for anyone wanting to actually go inside. Better to just go to the Fred Meyers location if you want to be served inside.

I was in the area waiting for a friend to pick me up so I figured I would go in and buy a coffee and wait in the lobby for a few minutes while she was on her way.Well they kicked me out because apparently this specific location is a "grab and get the f out" location only.I thought Starbucks was supposed to be a friendly place for the community to gather but apparently not in Everett. Thanks Starbucks!

This Star bucks is a little odd mainly because it hasn't any outlets to plug your laptop or phone and when I asked about a plug-in for my phone I was told that there wasn't any in a matter-of-fact kind speculating it's because there is a large homeless population around this area but feel like that shouldn't affect paying customers and staff should regulate if someone has earned to use the outlets instead of taking them out completely I view being able to plug in electronics at Starbucks one of the large perks offer to these locations

(Dashers please read too) If I could do ZERO stars I would. Honestly not sure why this location has so many great reviews. The workers here are so rude and fake nice, it's ridiculous. They ignore doordashers constantly. As Many fast food places do. I don't like most Starbucks because the workers are typically rude (way to go with that level of customer service) I don't even drink Starbucks I'm just a dasher. They ignore doordash orders and make them last and get their little rush out before anything. Last I checked you do FIFO (First in, First out) priority. In customer service that should apply to EVERYTHING and not just the product on your shelves. Honestly, if you doordash, AVOID this location if you can. Especially if it's such a low pay (that means your tip is less than $2) but dashers, please don't hesitate to put your foot down and say something to these people at these places. They should be doing their job and not favoring a specific area like window or in store line. If your order came first you say something! I really wish this Starbucks locations could get some new and more kind workers. Or at least the current workers straighten up their attitudes and fake smiles. ? I've worked in customer service plenty and always went by FIFO for all things. Yall should try to do the same.
