I was appauked at this place I will let everyone know. My mother and I just went in there to get sandwiches ? they would not honor any coupons that were all over Google ??? The employee said " no we don't take them " and I believe the owner was 8 ft from us when this occured ?? I am a business owner myself and customers always come first no matter what. BEWARE: This subway stole my money and refused to give it back. I ordered directly through the subway app, they could not fulfill the items in my order and refused a refund, refused to provide another menu item for that value and told me I had to contact subway for that. The only possible way to “contact subway” after searching through every possible option, was to submit an online form, to which subway responded that the refund must come from the franchise owner. I came in Saturday 27th 2024 around 7 pm and the guy who was making sandwiches was rude I have a 1 year old and obviously he wants to eat so he grabbed chips that I payed and he just told us to not munch if we haven’t order yet. If you work pls at least be nice.
