My daughter goes here after her jui jitsu class which is nearby. Tonight she was asked why she always comes so late by an irritated employee. My first thought was why do you care? Do you want her business or not? He’s lucky to be employed. The manager will be contacted.

Walking in was confusing. Wasn't sure where the line was. Different than other locations where you go to the register to order/pay. Hard to see hanging "order here" sign upon first walking in. Not our regular emerald city...just passing through so not a regular that would know. Found others to be confused also as we were waiting a person who was there long before us was waiting at the register and was told to go over to the other area to order. I would have been upset if I were them since the line had gotten long. As it was we were another person back since we didn't know.On the other hand the place is very clean and uncluttered. The 1 person working was efficient and quick. My drink is okay, I've had worse. Can taste the syrup, giving me an aftertaste. Puyallup South Emerald stays our favorite and makes the best ❤

I have been to this location 2 times and both times I have been here the smoothies I have ordered were not mixed/blended long enough. They make chunky drinks. The second time I went here, the bottom of my smoothie was full of a couple berries. It's hard to drink a full berry through a straw.

I do not like this location mainly because they refuse to make my açaí bowl before closing no matter how much time they have. Sometimes it’s 15 minutes, another time it was 10 minutes. Another time 30 minutes before closing and they told me no. Too close to closing. Very bad service.
I showed up at 8:56am to get a smoothie bowl and was denied because the can't serve until 9:00am I waited and at 9 they still said they couldn't complete my order. Complete waste of time

One of my fave locations. I come here 3x a month when I don't have time to make my own. They are always so respectful. Their vegan protein powder is pretty amazing. The women are absolutely kind. Timely manner and kid friendly.
