The food looks better than it is. The chicken is way too dry. I did like the mashed potatoes and the corn. I would go back in there just by rolls. But that would be the only reason.

Never going back. People in the restaurant begging others to pay for their meal. Management did nothing to make them leave the premises. They went to each table and asked for people to pay for their meal. One individual offered them a job that provided decent pay and free meals if they could pass a drug test... one replied, don't need a job, I'm a rapper. Done with this and any restaurant that tolerates it.

The chicken and sides are quite good. The dining area was cold because a rush of cold outside air comes in every time the door opens. The tables are fast food style and one had a person slumped over, trying to sleep... gave the place a bus station or airport vibe. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our meal.Parking: There are many parking spaces, but there are also other businesses, including another restaurant next door. At dinner time these spaces fill up quickly. A vacant space may be some distance away, so not good if you have walking difficulties or there is bad weather. Not a deal breaker for me, but maybe an issue for someone else.

I always place order on Ezelle website. Love to being able to put the order through restaurant own website for pickup and not have to go to another website when we don’t need delivery. That is always a main purpose for my family to pick an order of any kind of food. Website has everything and choices also easy to choose. People at restaurant are always smiling and greeting guests. Ezelle’s roll is so good to have with chicken.Parking: Location is next to another restaurant and door of this Ezelle location is kind of smaller than the next door restaurant so it also less parking closed to the door. I am not picky and also like to protect my car from being dent from other cars so I park a little far.

It's pretty meh. Chicken is pretty standard, Mac is not really good, the bread is really the only good thing. First time having Ezell's. Heard great things but it was ok it wasn't bad just kinda disappointing.
Have been coming to Ezell's for years. Starting in Seattle back in the day. Will not be back. You can no longer mix and match chicken pieces that you want. My usual was two thigh pieces with 1 bun. Was told that I could not mix and match any longer. Had to get 1 thigh and I drum. I thought they were joking, but no they were not. Will not go back. Wish Popeyes was closer.

I tip everywhere i go but didnt like the service.. the options on the screen did not leave you an option to not tip.. This guilt tipping is out of hand . What button i choose to press made me re input my card and the cashier anounces ‘’ if you dont want to tip re enter your card and walks me through how not to tip in front of the whole reataurant’’ . This is unbacceptable as a customer to tipping all establishments. I have no more words. Disappointed
