Five stars for amazing customer service!! I drove to the mall specifically for one kind of pretzel. It was about 40 min from closing. There were none left, but the woman behind the counter offered to make one for me. I'm so grateful! Made my day!

Employee was just on her phone and did not acknowledge me. Tried to purchase something and their register / card terminal was just unplugged and the employee could not figure out how to plug it back in. Was not able to purchase anything.

I come here like once a week to get pizza bites & I’ve never had an issue. I picked some up on Monday & the dough was raw, been sick ever since. Just got back from the doctor & I have salmonella poisoning… make sure your pretzels are cooked all the way!! This is the worst sickness I have ever felt
$15 for a cup of hot dog bites and a larg soda is not worth it . Most of the hot dog bites crust were burnt. Employee was friendly . Sorry to say I won't be returning .

We stopped in at Wetzels in the commons mall in Federal Way, Washington, to get a bite of to eat before going to a nearby movie. We placed our order and were told that there was only one serving of the cheesy dog bites available, but that he would make a fresh batch for us. It was nearing closing time, but he went out of his way to make sure we were served and got our order. We were very appreciative of that and the bites were delicious! We will be back!

I'm a huge fan of soft pretzels and Auntie Anne's, so was excited to try this "Wetzel Pretzel" place when I saw it. I won't be going back.Ordered my go-to, the pretzel nuggets, and they were basically like eating bread. They aren't even salted, apparently, which I thought was required for pretzels? The cheese sauce tastes cheap, far below the quality of AA's.For something like 11 bucks for pretzel nuggets and cheese, I was hoping for more. I just didn't get it here. I'm sorry.

W pretzels and cheese was good. Overall w pretzels place better than the other one because this one is actually open.
My mom’s pretzel was burned, a lot of mine were burned. Won’t be coming back, Auntie Anne’s is so much better.
