Food was very good and it seems like pretty descent Mexican food for Washington. I got the wet burrito. Just to warn you they do put a lot of celantro. So if you are not a fan of it you might want to get it removed.
The red sauce has a little spice but the green sauce does not. The service was very friendly and fast as well. I think I would return when I come back to Washington.

I had a chicken burrito. It should have been called a rice burrito. Flavors were fine and the salsa was good and spicy but it was 80% rice.

Excellent Mexican food truck. Large portions. Very quick service. Very hot temperature food in metal takeaway containers. Plenty of outdoor seating with a nice view of the Puget Sound. Good pricing. Very worth a drive over.

Food is great! Just note that even though a recent review says that they have breakfast burritos…they do not.
It was my 1st time visiting this taqueria, the service was top notch. I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito with a house coffee. The burrito had plenty of flavor and was well seasoned, the coffee was made fresh. I will definitely return to try other items on their menu.

Used to love this food truck until they started giving themselves huge tips and emptying my accounts. Shameful.
Edit since I can't reply: Tip filling is a deceitful practice that happens to be legal. There's no receipts given out, so I assume you print them out and fill them in later. As for your new system, if you were nice enough to give me the opportunity to use your POS module instead of having to place my trust in your tellers with my money, maybe I would have given you a sweet tip. But instead of offering a professional incentive to get me back in you have shifted the blame on the customer(me). Since you value your customers as expendable assets, rather than business partners or investors, the answer for me is very simple: I won't return.
However I'll change my score to reflect the effort you've put in good food up until this point. I hope that your business will be successful without me in your fairly secluded corner.
