Nina's Lake Cushman Cafe

Tiny little quaint adorable place. We went for lunch today. From the get go the server (I think her name is Mary) let us know she was the only server and that there'd be a wait for our food. Really, Mary, you kicked a$$ and so did the cooks. Our drinks were kept full, our food came hot and so delicious. The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be. Prices are comparable. Big portions.

Stopped here after hiking in Olympia. Fantastic food and very friendly service. The burger was excellent, as were the Reuben and the sweet potato fries. Highly recommend !

Delicious sandwiches. Cannot go wrong with any of them. The fries. Amazing. Both types. Ask for their homemade ranch to dip in. Friendliest server. Don’t pass this cafe!

OMG we loved this place. Super clean and very friendly staff. My hubs had the smoked corned beef and pastrami hash special. It was the best ever. I had the wild mushroom frittata with "crisp" hash browns that they actually got crisp. It was great. Daughter had Denver omelet with bacon and she loved it too. Don' t miss this quaint little cafe. I bet lunch is just as good!

What an adorable and cozy cafe on the way to the beautiful views of Lake Cushman! Tried “The Rachel” which is a variation of the Reuben, and thought it was incredible! Definitely a new favorite sandwich? the customer service is fantastic, and the overall vibe is relaxing and friendly. Plus who doesn’t love the option of ordering breakfast all day!

We just stopped after a hike to Mt Rose. The hike was great, but the food was even better! We had the specials, they were both amazing! This place is where you should eat after an early morning hike on any of the nearby peaks.

I made my first of the season to visit Nina's today. I was accompanied by a dear friend, and my trusty little Service Dog, Spice. Just walking in the door makes me smile and the friendliness of staff, and guests alike is so welcoming. Our server was so sweet and helpful with our choices and that was appreciated. I am not going to reveal what we ordered so as not to influence others, but whatever your choice is be assured it is perfectly seasoned, cooked to.peak of flavorfulness (yes, that is a real word), and portioned on the side of "we are gonna need a doggie bag". Dessert is always offered, but I decline no matter how yummy it might be as I do not think there are bunks in the back room for overzealous eaters to sleep off their food coma. We were able to rise from our chairs and walk out the door without a hitch, or a burp. Once outside it was a staggering walk of at least ten steps. Quite challenging, but we did it! As we pulled onto the road and glanced at each other, we both had big grins on our faces. We will be back. Soon. That's a promise.

The chef was awesome about accommodating my fully vegan request. He created a delicious potato scramble with wild mushrooms and red peppers which was full of flavor. Thank you!

Really delicious breakfast....eggs with foraged mushrooms and herbs! Great home fries! Excellent bacon! Friendly attentive staff, and fast service!

My wife and I stopped by for dinner after visiting Olympic National Park. They have excellent food and awesome customer service. The atmosphere is very cozy it makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back:).

We Absolutely Love the food! We call and place our order and by the time we get there it's ready to go. All of the employees are Super nice! Their bacon cheese burger and fries are Wonderful, so are the fish and chips, Well Worth the price
