I LOVE Bloom Juice is Issaquah! I ordered the Sweet Greens drink two days in a row and was very pleased both times. The store was very clean and bright and inviting. Though I didn't order an acai bowl, I saw how they were presented and they looked AMAZING. Looking forward to coming back to Bloom Juice next time I am in Issaquah.

Juice was okay. From quickly looking at the reviews, I couldn't tell if the juice was made-to-order. So I was a little disappointed everything pre-made and bottled. For ~$15 (tax and tip), I would kind have expected it to be made right then and there To me, if you're just wanting bottled pressed juice, trader Joe's and whole foods all do similar varieties. Service could've been more helpful asking if I needed any help or suggestions, but I guess a "Hi" and "thanks" is good enough for this small drink boutique

First time trying this place~~ nice place, the mega green smoothie have no raspberry or granola for topping, not the same as the picture they advertised~~ overall the juice seem fresh !

I am giving a 1 for customer service. The person who was working there today obviously hates their job. They seemed frustrated that we were even there. She was in the back doing prep work and seemed bothered to help a paying customer. She waited at least 5 minutes to come help us in the front. To make it worse she lied and said there was no public WiFi even though the door clearly says there is. I was going to do some admin work and order a few items. She said they don’t allow people to work from there. And she said I wouldn’t be allowed to connect to the WiFi. I was very kind despite her poor attitude. I still ordered one item because I really enjoy the food. However, this business has lost a customer permanently going forward. I was going to purchase at least $30 worth of food and drink to compensate the location for working their on their WiFi for 30-45 minutes. Instead someone else got my business. If the owners or managers are reading this, the person I am referring to was working at 3:40pm pst on Wednesday January 25th, 2023. She had a hair roller in her bangs and was maybe in her late teens or early 20s. She likely needs a lesson in customer service skills.

Delicious açaí bowls. A step above the rest I've had. My son got a smoothie and that was delicious too. I'll definitely be returning.

Worst service I have ever encountered, in my 20+ years working in the food service industry never in my life have I encountered an employee with a bitchier attitude towards the costumer, waiting 45 f****** minutes for a f****** overpriced "açaí bowl." Not only will I not my sphere of influence ever be stepping foot in this establishment ever again, but this place has single handedly ruined smoothie bowls for me. I will never be able to eat one again without looking back on this shitty a** service.

Visiting my friend in Issaquah and need an açaí bowl for my lunch, I found bloom Juice and I love all their products, their food takes little time, it’s worth for the wait and they make everything in house!

Highly recommend the Matcha Mirai, and the Lemon Ginger and Superfood bites! Tasty and refreshing juices and nut-based milks.

Quaint little pressed juice place. Great service and quiet atmosphere. Defintely will be stopping here again when we pass through for our visits on the west side.

It’s great that I found bloom juice in Issaquah while I’m going to hiking, it’s hard to find the best cold pressed juices around my town, love their healthy organic products.

Walked in and was warmly greeted. They asked if it was my first time to which I responded “yes” and they proceeded to show me the menus and offered me samples of the juices if I was interested. I ordered the Dragon Bowl (dragonfruit) and Bloom Bowl (açaí). Really good but pretty heavy on the granola, and they ran out of coconut flakes. Took about 10 minutes start to finish. Close to hiking trails so definitely gonna be coming back after my hikes. No clue what the others are saying about the service.

Their juices are made fresh and bowls are very filling. I like the energy balls which are pure good food no additives. Takes sometime to make bowls as it's made as you order. Often people are waiting and can get slammed in nice weather. Plan accordingly.

Walked in on a slow Saturday afternoon. There was one employee working and a second was on a lunch break (understandable) we placed our order and waited almost 5 minutes, two other customers walked in talking about how they know someone and need a discount the one employee who was working stopped making our order and proceeded to help answer their questions for the next almost 10 minutes for them to order to bottles of something and walk out. Another customer entered the store and the second employee finished their break. We waited another almost 5 minutes for one of our acia bowls to come out then another 4 for the second one we ordered to finally make it out. There were also 5 more customers at this point who walked in. The bowls were fine but I will not be going back and would recommend to not waste your time or money here.

Delicious juices and smoothies that are second to none! BUT (and it's a big but) PAINFULLY, agonizingly slow service and food prep. The staff don't seem to be trained on how to prioritize their work and it reliably takes 5 to 6 minutes for them to make one smoothie when there are no other customers. I can't imagine how long it would take if they were busy or had a few customers. It also takes them a while to realize someone's at the counter. So don't go in to "grab a quick drink" or you will leave incredibly frustrated. This is best for a slow relaxing sit down with a friend. Worth the wait if you're not in a hurry!
