If I could leave zero stars I would. My husband tried to buy some thoughtful last minute Christmas gifts for myself and my daughter and took a chance picking out a teapot and couple of other expensive gifts. The employee told him it was no problem to return it if I didn’t like it. Tried to go return it today and now apparently it is a store policy that nothing glass or cast iron (completely unused and all original packaging) can be returned. Can’t even exchange it or get in store credit. Ridiculous. That’s complete fraud with being sold goods under false pretenses and a violation of WA Consumer Protection Act laws. I will never shop here again.

The teas we tried were fairly good. Main complaint is they don't list prices anywhere, which wasn't surprising but was a problem when I accidentally spent $40 on 2oz of one tea. If your teas vary so wildly in price, you should consider actually listing the prices

Love the store! It's to bad the staff is loosing costumers. But the customer service was something else! She was like a mask N*** or something... I purchased over $300 in product and she was rude walked around while i was looking... she belts out like a possessed person! pull your mask up my boyfriend works in a hospital! First of all I don't care where your boyfriend works. If I am Purchasing product I don't like to be harassed! I quite capable of handling my own health. I will be spending my money elsewhere. Looks like someone else thinks the sam way

While the tea is very good the delivery function of Steepologie is poor. I do not recommend ordering for delivery. I ordered in store because a specific tea was out of stock. I placed a large order to ensure I didn’t have to buy again anytime soon. The order was placed on 9/23/21 and by 10/06/21 I still have not received my order or a status update. I’ve placed two email assistance tickets and left two voicemails. Neither options have yielded any response. There’s no point utilizing their phone number. The voicemail isn’t monitored. I also haven’t found a way to request a refund. The only way to get assistance is in store.

They have a great selection of teas but super expensive. Just don’t express disappointment with anything as you will get a direct email from the owner telling you that you are rude and not welcome at her store. That has never happened to me in my 57 yrs of life!

Order 3 different teas almost 2 weeks ago. Got 2 out of the 3 this past week but no word on the rest of the order…. I’ve called left messages and sent a few emails and STILL no updates on the rest of my order.

Be aware do not go here!! Went here with my family to show my mom the town of Issaquah. When we tried to walk in the employee asked us to show our vaccination cards if we wanted to come in without a mask. We might as well have put on a yellow star on our shirt and reveal our entire medical history to get tea. Completely ridiculous! If you are for freedom of choice don't go to this N*** Germany establishment! I will tell everyone I know not to go here! They won't get any of our business again!

A friend and I ducked into this lovely store to avoid the rain and staff cheerfully greeted us and showed us different teas and made helpful suggestions. There is a nice selection of gift items here as well. :)

Had a wonderful experience at this store! I’m trying to switch over to loose-leaf tea from bagged and they had an incredible selection and the employee was extremely knowledgeable about their selection and tea agriculture as a whole. She made it easy to experience the teas even with COVID-distancing and masks by wafting the large tins from a distance so you could easily smell what the tea was like. I will definitely return to try more kinds and get refills on what I picked!

Been here three times already, I really like this place. Since Teavana closed in Washington, I've been getting tea leaves from grocery stores. But Steepologie has a great selection and the staff is helpful every time I come in. If you make tea the old fashion way, check this place out.
