Got to the drive through with no one in front or behind me. Sat there for 10 minutes waiting to order. Half way through ordering the worker told me to hold on and then waited another 5 minutes. Paid then parked to wait for my food. Got the food and it was cold.If your a Arby’s fan please don’t go to this one you will definitely be disappointed until they change their staff.

I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket with cheese and bacon. When I got home and opened it up, it didn't have any bacon, VERY little cheese, and the brisket looked like it had their regular beef and the brisket rather than all brisket (good thing I had BBQ sauce or it would have been pretty dry) -- VERY disappointed! (I couldn't return it because they didn't give me a receipt.)

I used to go to Arby's as a kid and always had the beef and cheddar and large curly fries with cheddar dip sauce. Still exactly the same. Hot sandwich, hot curly fries. Awesome

This place gives everything I would expect from a fast food location. They're quick but not pushy, kind and there to serve. The gentleman that put our order together in the kitchen even came up and greeted us when our order was ready and gave us plenty, I mean plenty, of sauces to go with it. His big smile and going the extra mile made me and my daughter very happy with our experience and we took it home and enjoyed some delicious food.Also as an important side note, this Arby's made my roast beef sandwiches larger than the other ones. I'm not sure why it was different but this store definitely made them better!

6/7/23 I went through the drive thru about 5:25 pm. The young girl with the pig ring in her nose was rude. I asked for a receipt, she didn't give me one the last time. She snatched my card, and shoved my order in my face. Her attitude offensive! And it's consistent. Thankfully there's a number of really good people working there, she's just not one of them.
