Super rude employee named Jordan at the Kennewick Ave Jimmy johns in Kennewick WA waited over half hour for delivery when I called to ask if the driver maybe got lost he got a serious attitude I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful by any service worker will be calling back to speaj tot he general

Sandwiches were 100% wrong! Ordered on a French sub roll and had excluded tomato. We got Wheat bread and tomatoes. First time and for sure last time!!!!.

Sandwich was made wrong called and asked them to fix it. Wanted the sandwich back ok so I take the sandwich back then they wanted the receipt as well. Spent almost 75 bucks their just to have to go through all of this will not be returning to that location.

Sandwich made incorrectly. Missing part of the only meal I ordered. No straw or napkins for a delivery order. Tried calling but couldn’t even get an answer at 1pm?

Ate the limited offer pesto caprese salami. It was very good. I think the balsamic glaze adds the perfect sweetness to the sandwich. I also liked the fresh mozzarella. Order came up quickly and packaged good. Didn't have a soggy sandwich which I appreciated.
