Firehouse rules, their prices are better than most places and the sizes are bigger too. Their daily specials have a wide variety between hot and iced coffees and different energy drink options so whatever you were looking for they probably have option for you. I go here consistently enough that they usually have my order ready for me by the time I pull up.

This is such a fun and unique little coffee shop to stop at when spending time in downtown Richland. The coffee at Li'l Firehouse is refreshing and reasonably priced, and during my visit the service was speedy. The employees were very polite and friendly as well. I have heard the bagels here are great too, so I can't wait to return!

Li'l Firehouse is a great place to get your favorite beverage! My favorite is the Inferno drink - which is espresso syrup (or cold brew), cream, and cola soda (I get diet cola). My daughter loves their Captain Chai with vanilla. I also love trying their Daily Specials for a fun change of pace. You can get lotus for the energy drinks. The barristas are always friendly and it's a fun experience!

WONDERFUL coffee and food here! My sister and I just discovered this place last week and my expectations were not only met, but EXCEEDED 100%. I get the Salted Caramel Mocha (sometimes hot and sometimes iced) and it's DELICIOUS and made perfect every time! Their breakfast bagel sandwhiches are out of this world also. I have gone to so many different coffee places here in Tri -Cities, and this one by far is the absolute WINNER! Thank you for providing an excellent product! You have a forever customer in me! Keep up the great work!

My wife and I have gone to get coffees every morning for the last few years, primarily from Firehouse. Though, for the last year or so we have completely stopped supporting their business. That is not without countless second chances. It seems every time we go back and try again, we are reminded why we go somewhere else. It starts with the service. Ordering anything more than one drink is next to impossible to do without having to repeat yourself multiple times. It's not a language barrier or a hard time hearing that causes the problem. It seems to be that the baristas can't seem to remember. It's quite frustrating when they take your order and leave to go make it, only to return a minute later to ask you to repeat your order. This wouldn't be such a problem either if when they did come back with your drink, it was correct. I find myself having to remind them each time that we had ordered our drinks with whipped cream on top, or drizzle, or even that we needed straws. All of this is hard to overlook when it comes time to pay. The price of their drinks has seemed to jump over the moon in the last year. Quite frustrating to order an overpriced frappé, only to be charged an extra dollar on top of that because it's blended. A pair of 32oz drinks could quite possibly cost you $20. Couple that with stamp cards being removed and a staff that does not bother to use the phone number system that was meant to replace them. This leaves you questioning what part of your experience is worth so much. Firehouse has not always been this way. Before what seemed to be, a total overhaul of the staff, we never really had these issues. We paid reasonable prices for somewhat decent drinks. If our faces weren't recognized as regulars, we could at least have our order taken by a competent barista or at the very least, one that had a pen and paper. However nowadays, it seems to be mostly new faces that don't seem to care about their jobs. As a pair that spends roughly $150 a week on coffee, our business seems to be appreciated much more elsewhere, and that is where we will be taking it.

Got my drink at 6:20am this morning and unfortunately the gal who attended me was so rude had no customer service what so ever. If you got issues at home keep it at home. (Grey hat lashes and grey sweater).

Got 2 iced smokin mochas. Me and my mom thought they had a weird horrible flavor and had to throw them away. It tasted like whatever powder they used in it was expired.

I was told very rudely by multiple staff at Lil Firehouse Coffee they would no longer honor my free drink punch card. I spent money on these drinks with the intention of getting the punch card redeemed for my purchase. Instead I was told by the supervisor I should have known they were no longer accepted because it was posted on their instagram. Keep in mind these cards have no expiration or link to instagram on them. They were extremely rude to my husband and I and refused to give us our free drink. I do not care if they switched their system, I still purchased these 10 drinks regardless of their current system. I have redeemed my roasters/black rock stamp cards as well as Dutch bros cards who have also switched to an online system just as they have, and every other coffee shop has honored them or switched my points over. No Karen here, just really bad service that this company and customers should be aware of.

They are hit and miss. The bagels are to die for. The jalapeno cheddar bagels are the best and priced fairly. The drinks lack consistency and I feel as though the employees should be trained a little more thoroughly. My drink is either way too sweet or not flavorful at all. Coffee is a hard job if not trained properly. But overall it's a cute shop with quality ingredients.
