Usually one of my favorites, not today! Order screwed up as clerk didn't get English and on the third try we were down to hand signs. Coleslaw was aweful, tasteless with almost no dressing and baked potatoes were bitter and green. The fake butter and sour cream couldn't disguise it. I might try again but this is not the first time ordering has been difficult.

I hadn't been to Skippers in close to 15 years and honestly wasn't even sure if they were still open. I haven't seen a commercial for them in forever and hadn't been since I moved to Washington, but let me tell you, the fish and chips are just as good as I remember. The chowder, on the other hand, seemed different from what I remember. It seemed thinner and tasted like it was missing something. It was more like a soup than a chowder. Other than the chowder which I used to love, it was great, and if my wife liked fish, we would probably go here more often.

I remember this place always being busy, we were the only ones there on this specific day and the fish was bland and over cooked. The fries were soggy. The chicken was okay. Probably won't be back.

Just went in the get a family size clam chowder, I asked for extra crackers, and when I asked for more the older lady with blonde hair with glasses made a face and said I'm just giving you 2 more, cause I gave you a lot I got about 6 and I told her you're a VERY RUDR LADY, FIRST TIME COMING ALSO MY LAST TIME.

Came for lunch and one employee was on the phone the whole time. The employee brought me my meal with one hand while she still had her phone on her other hand. Not too happy about the experience.

The food was good but the manager is horrible.. my order was wrong.. I even verified with her twice.. then she had a ugly attitude.. maybe that’s why it’s empty.. get someone else to manage and probably get your costumers
Their food is not as good as it was 20 yrs ago an for the price not worth it only the chowder was ok..

First time I had been there in 20+ yrs. It was just like when I was a kid. ♥️mmm ... I believe they use different tarter sauce now, but it is still good.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I know they have kids' meals but didn't pay too much attention as I was with adults at the time.
Clam chowder was very good. Only one piece of fish in my order. Only one person working. She was taking orders, cooking, and bringing food to tables. Cole slaw was very disappointing.

They keep the dining room very clean. We were the only 2 customers and were served quickly. Fish and shrimp were usual Skipper's quality, fries were crispy, chowder was watery and no chunks. Coconut shrimp skewer was not fried to golden. Mediocre at best for the price.

It looked like Skippers. The food was tasty except maybe the chowder. I wish I would have gotten the cashiers name. She was one her game. Everybody else seemed to we working a Chain-gang just getting through the day. The store and marketing materials are pretty haggard and seems to be surviving on the retiree crowd. OH-NO, I RETIRED LAST THURSDAY!!
