Well what can I start off by saying., I take my kids here I would say often but up until this time this Manager Kahlil. First time walked up to the counter had me waiting over 15 minutes in line just to ask about our order because he was chatting over a personal issue with his worker….like … then when I finally had the chance he couldn’t even tell me what was on the damn combo like I worked there and knew on the top of my head .. then after getting our drinks I went back after another 30 minutes once again and had the audacity to shove my hot pizza in my face when he couldn’t ask me the first time for the number and made me grab it as we’ve been waiting over an hour and let alone didn’t even bother to have manners then said “there you go” and didn’t even bother to ask if we needed other things like it wasn’t already common sense as is.I had to rush the pizza back to our table because my hand freakin burned !The type of service is clearly lacking. Luckily 1 manager stepped in and said she was the only female and her name was Heather I believe and was a very nice lady and actually apologized whereas we didn’t get nothing from this fool.

Animatronic needs some cleaning. Face has dust and gross muck all over him, and fur has some needs of stitching and cleaning. Other wise he's all good. I go there every few days to pet him, clean his face off with my hand since i have nothing else, and overall just hang out with Charles.

Had a birthday party here for my kiddo today and the service was phenomenal. They had everything set up, whenever we needed anything they were so quick at getting it for us, we had a designated attendant but the whole team was willing to help! It was so incredibly refreshing to have them take the lead on the timing of everything from the food, to the cake, to the ticket blaster. They were really busy and it didn't affect thier level of service. In fact someone from our group ended up booking a party for next weekend. Fantastic job! Made a big stressful party run seamlessly. Thank you so much! Myla had the time of her life today!!!
