We preordered 150 breadstick orders on 2/15 for a 2/21 delivery time of 3:40pm, and this store has refused to answer the phone all day and we have had to postpone our event for an hour hoping we get them before our office closes. With 6 days notice, how can you not have that ready in time?

Giving it a 3 star because I didn't order any food. First off the staff knew nothing about a coupon deal that I found easily on the Internet and was being advertised across many platforms. Plus, I tried to order a stuffed crust and they didn't have the ingredients to make it.

Good deals, realistic time estimates, hot and tasty food. Lobby a bit hectic in a rush.

Standard food for a Little Caesars. Terrible counter service in terms of actually being at the counter to take orders and their online orders for ahead of time do not have accurate times. The storefront is lackluster and seems hackled together.

Went in around 12 and 2 employees looked at me and walked away. About 5 minutes later a guy comes up with a phone to his head and didn’t acknowledge me standing at the counter. He finished his phone conversation then looked at me and asked me what I wanted. Worst customer service ever.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! RUN! This order on the app was a complete disaster! Paid for delivery, and suddenly it's a pick-up mess. Called to cancel, but surprise, no one bothers to answer. Get to the place, a chaotic line with no one at the front. Had a pick-up code that's as useless as the service. Tried to get the attention of a worker – pure ignorance. Kept saying excuse me until she couldn't ignore me anymore. What a nightmare!

They have poor customer service and orders take a long
I have always liked Little Caesars but I do have to say they have gone downhill in the last 20 years. It's unfortunate but they did come out with something that I purchase all the time and I also will share the secret to making every item on their menu taste 100 times better. The thing to buy is the Italian Cheese.bread. Its like $8 and is decent sized. But I won't eat them and give them back if they don't push them back in their oven and cook them for another 3-5 min. It change everything. Tell them to push back Every Pizza and everything else that goes in their oven to cook for a few more minutes and I promise you it's a completely different experience and it will change your view of little Caesars. Be sure to check that they actually do cook it longer 0 WHAT YOU ASKED! After you try this you will be telling all your friends I am sure of it

Got order confirmation saying order was ready for pick up drove to this location; not to be that guy but there is an old man that should have probably retired from working by this point in life but me and other customers could not hear him talk and he was messing up orders left and right. Me and handful of other people waited 45 minutes to an hour past what our confirmation said. If you want to order online don’t. I seen plenty of people do walk in orders getting more food than I ordered and got it within 10-15 minutes. I guess if you order online you don’t get priority like any other restaurant. Don’t go to this little Caesar’s this is the 4th time this has happened, I always hope for the best but this just is not it.

Usually very dependable, this location had a great ordering system and service, but the food was not very good this time.Out family really likes little caesars....it is our favorite cheap mass produced pizza place, and an order of bread sticks is mandatory for every visit. We wanted to get pizza for the football game, and the nearest one from Bellevue is this location in Kirkland. We used the app to order/pay, and it restricts you to order from a specific set of pizzas (i.e. you can't really customize it with toppings). Once the pizzas were ready, I got an email indicating it (as well as a notification on the app). You are provided with both a 4 digit code and a qr code....either will get you access into the pizza portal: type in the code and the right doors will open with your pizza...no human contact necessary. The pizzas were edible, and would satisfy your pizza cravings if really hungry, but all of us agreed it just wasn't what we expected. I did order the 4-quarter calzony (8.99) and it was a miss. A lot of bread, bits of ham pieces at the edges with a weird cheese. The hula hawaiian ($12.99) was OK. The ultimate supreme ($14.99) was a waste...it had the biggest canned mushrooms and very coarsely chopped veggies I've ever seen in a pizza...and even then, there wasn't much of it. The crazy bread ($4.99) came with two sauces but was very dry. The sauce was cold, but tasted good when heated up. The 4 of us finished about 1/3 of the amount.

I used the online ordering system & despite how busy they were when I showed up (it's the only one in the B.R.K. area), my order was ready & easily accessible in their locker system (which kept my pizza toasty!). Even in the short time I was there, I could tell the guy working the cash register this PM was doing quite a lot & picking up the slack of his co-workers in the back. The phone rang but there were so many customers in line that the staff couldn't get to the call so it's probably a good idea to use the online ordering system. Of note, their website currently has an offer for 10% off online orders so another reason to use this option.
