The pizza is fine yet I am not satisfied I think I am looking for something new with this!
Pagliacci is our favorite pizza in town. Reminds us of NY style pizza. This is our favorite Pagliacci location. Friendly service, fresh pizza and super efficient.
The best pizza I've found in the neighborhood since moving from New York. Roasted garlic is excellent. The crust is just the right type of crunchy-chewy and they have good sauce and cheese. Depending on toppings the center of the pie is sometimes a little limp, so it's hard to properly fold and eat, but that really does depend on what you add. Obviously very expensive compared to most places, but good for the occasional high-quality pizza night.
This is not like the Pagliacci in SEATTLE (Columbia City), they were stingy with the toppings here.
I had a very upsetting experience ordering online. I have food allergies, selected gluten free pizza on the website but received a glutinous crust which could make me extremely sick. I called to resolve this and the person who picked up blamed it on me as “user error” and told me I would have to pay for a new order to be sent to me. How disappointing... so they left me with no food after waiting for 45 minutes for my order. Will never order from them again. (UPDATE: I talked to Sam the store manager who apologized and genuinely seemed to care. Updated my score from 1 star to 3 stars.)
crispy thin pizza very tasty, popular joint, single standing building.

Guys messed up our order and comped the whole dinner. I would have been cool with it if they picked up the salad. Super nice, great pizza. Highly recommend it and will be back.
Fast service! Pizza was good. Pagliacci salad drenched in dressing and totally inedible! Ask for dressing on the side!
Great pizza! They've been around forever and their pizza is great every time. Friendly staff, clean. I like to be able to just buy a slice. They always have a vegetarian option and seasonal specials.
Pagliacci is one of my top choices for pizza delivery in the greater Seattle area. Their ingredients are higher in quality compared to a lot of other delivery chains, plus I'm a fan of the crust and topping options. I placed my order and paid online, which was easy enough. For build your own pies you select the cheese pizza option, then you can choose toppings for a full pie or do half and half for some more variety, which I did. For the first half I chose onions, tomatoes (baked on), spinach (baked on), Kalamata olives, and imported peppers. Feeling like something a little different I chose green bell peppers, tomatoes (baked on), onions, and pineapple... that combo is surprisingly great, don't hate haha. With the delivery fee, tax, and a 20% tip the large custom pizza came to $50... which is a bit pricey for pizza but taking into account it fed 3 people and came with two delectable Cupcake Royale cupcakes for the local partner special I wasn't complaining. After I placed my order they gave me an estimated delivery time and noted that they would drop it off outside our front door, works for me! Before the estimated delivery time an employee called politely letting me know that after double checking our order before driving it over, they accidentally put the olives on the wrong half and we had the option to take the pizza as is, or they could make us a new one, which would take a little longer. I was sitting in the sun enjoying a hard seltzer, and clearly not going anywhere anytime soon so I said we'd be happy to wait for the corrected pie. The new pizza ended up arriving just shortly after the first time estimate with the mouth-watering cupcakes alongside. It was hot and exactly how we ordered. The pizza could have been cooked for another minute or two but it was still satisfying enough. Cupcake Royale packaged up a dance party (white cake with pink buttercream frosting) and salted caramel chocolate cupcake to go along with every pizza order that day. Though best when consumed right out of the pizza oven, for delivery Pagliacci is a good option. I'll continue to order from them in the future!
If you're worried about covid 19 then I wouldn't eat here bc they don't seem to care much. Haven't done anything I've noticed to even show the slightest bit of concern or change like all the other restaurants. From their delivery process to to their food handling. Almost every other restaurant in the area has gone the extra mile to show safety when handling/prepping food. They don't wear or gloves or mask and are operating as if everything is normal. Love their pizza but this is a concern for me, rather support other restaurants that are taking it more seriously.
1- I LOVE PAGLIACCI PIZZA! It is the best pizza on the Eastside. 2- Until they get there "covid" delivery down, I will no longer order. 3- My delivery driver called me from my building's front door, said he cannot enter and I must come meet him. Fine. I open the front door and as I walk out, the driver firmly says "stop! Stay there." He then proceeds to put my two pizzas one by one on the ground, and then walks away saying have a good night. I get it. Covid is "going around" so we need to be cautious. But this is ridiculous. Because as far as my safety is concerned if that driver has the virus, it will be on the pizza box. He wasn't wearing gloves. And he just as easily could have stretched his arms out and handed me the pizza, which would not increase the risk of covid getting passed. Instead he uses a firm tone telling me to stay back, and puts my food on the ground outside my building?! This is where people constantly walk, spit, and bring their dogs, and now the $40 I just spent on pizza is sitting on top of that. This is more risky and dangerous to my health than the driver stretching his arms out and me stretching my arms out, which would still keep almost 6 feet of distance between us. I order delivery everyday and no other delivery service or restaurant is doing this. Pagliacci please stop. There is a better way to "stay safe" and deliver people's food than putting it on dirty and contaminated public walkways outside.
First, I wanted to give shout out to the delivery man who was professional and kind. He made sure I got the items by waiting outside and calling me. I had some bad experiences with Uber Eats delivery so it was extra noticeable. Food: we ordered AGOG Primo, Pesto Primo, and Riso Gelato. Pizza were hot and looked fresh. I definitely recommend AGOG Primo (mushroom lover here) and Riso Gelato (rice gelato? So creamy and not heavy). They also do a weekly community partnership giveaway and we got a set of cupcakes. Definitely another motivation to order from this place as they care about promoting local businesses. My only downside is that this place is bit pricey. A medium size pie for AGOG Primo is $25.99 that can serve 2 people. They do use local ingredients so it's understandable but under $20 would be better. I would order from this place again! It's good feeling to support your local businesses at this time of crisis for all.
Great pizza, lots of interesting creations (AGOG is great!) as well as all the classics. They have pizza by the slice and whole pizzas to order.
