Ordered CHICKEN ENCHILADA BURRITO COMBO. Received 1 hard taco and a chicken quesadilla. I am extremely upset about this. I paid well over 15 dollars for a completely wrong order and was not given a receipt. I did not check before I pulled away but how do you have such horrible service?

I’m always missing more than one item when I order here or the food is missing ingredients.
The drive thru service is amazing and the chicken quesadilla is my favorite I usually drive late nights and that’s the only place to go since all restaurants close early.

Nothing against the people who work there but there are barely any plant-based options. Can't really give it any stars if I don't have the option to eat the food... although if there was a dedicated plant based menu item I'd be eating there all the time.

The customer service here is horrible I would leave zero stars if I could. It’s ran by children that only know how to serve attitude and not the food they’re paid to make.

Nice staff, always pleasant and quick. They all deserve a raise, the only reason I'm not giving five stars is not the fault of the employees but maybe management.There have been a few times when the pitas used for the cheesy gordita crunch (and the hard taco shell) are really stale.I hope they decide to start throwing them out sooner when they're stale-- because my favorite meal is ruined when the pita or the shell or both are stale.

Just went through 5 minutes ago today 11/18We have 4 people in the car and wanted to make 2 orders. The guy employee taking our order told us he wouldn’t let us do 2 orders. Which makes no sense, just close the first order, start the second one, and than notify your co workers that one car has placed 2 orders. He wasent very pleasant in saying they couldn’t do 2 orders. Yes there is ways to pay people back electronically now days but going to any service place should provide multiple orders no matter the circumstances. We got up to the window to receive our food and received nothing but attitude from the girl giving us our food. Lastly, they forgot one of our tacos and our dipping sauces we requested apon ordering. Very disappointed in my service I received.The photo says Rosa G. Is the cashier but a man took our order.
