I went through the drive up I asked for a number 10 without cheese. What I got was a number 10 with two slices of cheese. I’m allergic to milk products. Thanks now I have to throw the chicken sandwich away.

Beyond rude order taker and cashier food was okayYou could tell in her voice her rudeness even when she parked us she was rude to tell us with her attitude being very noticeable she really sounded like she didn't wanna take any orders or take any parked cars , she had glasses on .when you are spending a good amount of money after getting of work you aren't expecting rude people ... Jack in the box has really gone downhill

Place is always dark. Menu is unlit and so is entire outside of building at night. 2nd day in a row I show up and told there will be a wait for an order. First time was a 20 minute wait due to a "door dash order" 2nd one because there was one car in front of me and would take 10 minutes with them. After finally placing the order tried swiping 3 of my cards to finally get one to work. POS machine is faulty or person at drive-thru doesn't care because it wasn't a lack of balance on any card provided by me. Hire more staff or get more staff dispersed properly on the schedule, it's absolutely ridiculous to have a 1 man show just to try and save overhead. I don't see how it stays a-float with the lack of employees at night time at this point. Probably worst Jack-In-The-Box I've ever visited.

I went by at about 5:30pm. I was the only customer and only got 3 things and they messed it up. I asked for tacos with NO SAUCE, fries, and a burger. It took several minutes so I thought the food would be fresh. Instead I got cold fries and the tacos were swimming in sauce. Didn't notice until I got home. Will not use again.

Late Night … Disappointment according to the website and google they are open 24hrs we went tonight a lil after midnight for some ice cream and were told they were only taking Door Dash orders. No other explanation was given, having that information available on Google would of been helpful we could have drove to a different location but even as I write this my mind is processing that all the websites give the same information & as the consumer it is important to have accurate information posted. It my time & gas and having it waisted will take me to another establishment and not return. We already don’t eat the food my son has food poisoning twice that was all we needed and at this same location because it’s close to home.
