Extremely abusive older woman in charge of the sandwich assembly line yelling and belittling her workers in front of the customers. Saying comments such as” my grandma can do this faster” yelling and rude to coworkers. Customers were seen uncomfortable with the abusive atmosphere by her. Service was fast and food was good but her attitude was horrible to the coworkers. She didn’t need to act that way.

1st visit to JJ's. Had a chicken Caesar wrap because they have celery in their tuna salad and that's not my lane. My wrap had plenty of dressing so I was glad I turned down the mayo they usually add.
They have some items that are automatically included on a sandwich. Not a bad thing if you know about it.I took enough time to let a family go in front of me so I could check over their menu for anything automatically included. Did find it on the menu, but I found it on the sandwich. Sandwich just went in the garbage.They need a menu sign that reads from left to right and follows the flow of building the sandwich.

There sandwiches are kinda pricey but you get what you pay for everything is fresh and if even even remotely looks bad it gets tossed. I recommend the tuna club though remind then to make sure to spread the tuna on the whole sandwich sometimes its mostly stuck to the middle still good though lol haven't had a bad sammich yet
