I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Subway on Ocean Beach Hwy. I have been so impressed with our orders lately. The sandwiches have been made perfectly. The "sandwich artists" have been so nice and helpful. I have had some bad experiences at other Subways in the past. Not at this location. They are very personable and patient.

Bad customer service. Didn't ask if I wanted my meat heated or my food toasted. My wife had to repeat herself multiple times just to get what she wanted. Gnats in the lobby around the tables. We will not be coming to this location again.

We got 3 subs and all three had issues. I sent an email to the owner who didn't seem to care as she just sent a form letter in return. Our subs were missing items... like the guacamole that came on the sub, half the meat on another, one had no sauce instead of extra sauce and on & on. Spend your money where you at least get what you pay for. Try the Subway on the other side of town. Maybe they care about their customers and getting things done right...

The person who helped us was good. The subs were quality. Subway has replaced the plastic straws with paper ones. The paper ones don't last long enough to finish drinking a drink and we only had small drinks.
