Ordered via Grubhub and had delivered. Ordered special chow mein and hot and sour soup. The only flavor in the soup was sweet with a touch of heat. No broth flavor, nothing. Ate two bites. The chow mein was equally bland. The shrimp was way overcooked and rubbery. The beef was gray. There was no more than a couple ounces total of meat in the whole dish. The noodles were Italian spaghetti noodles.
Not at all impressed.

Delicious American-Chinese food! Interior is pretty typical for a sorta hole-in-the-wall type place but the food is great.

I've been coming here since I was 17. That was 19 years ago. They have the absolute best Mongolian beef and almond chicken. Everything I've tried has been delicious and consistent! Can't recommend this place enough. Don't live nearby anymore but I always stop by when I'm in the area for work.

The food box not coming with rice is shameful. 0/5 stars. The heck.

The guy working was super helpful and very fast. Everything turned out great! So happy to find this place.
Johnny's is always solid. Great food, good portion sizes. One of the best options around no doubt.
Been coming here since I was a little kid. Great food always
I used to come here with my family all the time and for the past couple years every time we’ve gone in we haven’t been able to eat there because they are only doing takeout at that time or they decided to close the dining area early I’m very disappointed because this used to be my favorite restaurant and now we can’t go.

We ate at Johnny’s Wok last night for my birthday.
I love Chinese food that reminds me of my childhood. The food last night was wonderful. Almond Chicken, fried rice, potstickers, won ton soup, barbecued pork. Others had different main meals and they were all satisfied.
Wonderful food friendly staff and great enjoyment.
We will be back.
I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant and had a fantastic experience - with one notable exception. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and expertly prepared. The standout was definitely the Shrimp in Garlic Sauce- spicy, savory, and utterly addictive.
The service was also top-notch. Our server was friendly, and attentive.
However, there was one aspect of our dining experience that left a sour taste - the dining area's organization. Unfortunately, the restaurant had boxes of supplies stacked haphazardly throughout the dining area, which detracted from the overall ambiance. It was a bit off-putting to see stacks of supplies, a vacuum cleaner next to our table, and a cluttered office table close by our dinner.
Despite this minor complaint, I would highly recommend this Chinese restaurant for the quality of their food and service. Next time, I'll definitely opt for takeout to enjoy their delicious cuisine in the comfort of my own home - minus the cluttered dining area! 😊
Hole in the wall place. Best Chinese food around here. I love the Mongolian Beef there. My husband always gets General Tso's.
Best general Tao i ever had bruv
Went here for lunch on a Monday. Place was not too busy, we were able to get a seat right away. So this place is quite hidden, it's in the back lot from an entrance to a small business looking building, so if it's your first time trying to look for this spot, you might miss the turn into it. Once you found it, then you'll know, and there's plenty of parking spaces here!
This is your no BS Chinese restaurant. Food is good quality, they come quick and hot, price is very reasonable and portion size is also reasonable.
They have lunch specials that include soup, egg roll, a choice of white or fried rice and one entree.
For dinner they have a per person combo as well that includes the soup and appetizers as well I think. To double check, see the updated menu that I posted on this review. It's the most up to date menu and prices.
We ordered the sizzling rice soup, triple fragrance, and general tso chicken. They were all good, the general tso is the standout on this meal and the fried rice. We'll come back and try some other dishes next time!
