The lady in front of us ordered several sandwiches so it took awhile for us to be able to order. I realize their specialty is slicing meat fresh but it does take alittle longer to get your order because of this. But the staff was great and the sandwiches were good. The bread was alittle tough but still good. (I think it's just the type of bread it is.)

I feel like they were trying to play a prank on us or something. There was more jalapeños than meat. We paid a lot to have it delivered to our door and the sandwich was $30 itself. This is totally unacceptable! We can’t even eat it. I would like one of these stoners to come down to my house and take a few bites of the sandwich.

Friendly staff, solid sandwich. Agree with other reviews about the slow service, despite working hard. 3 staff members, instead of 2, would drastically improve what seems to be a consistent problem.
Decided to clean the grill after 1 sandwich was made and then had to wait 1/2 hour for the second one.

First of all, they took 45 minutes on two sandwiches, with barely any line. Already upset because it took so long and while I’m eating my sand which I get a bite that feels squishy and slimy when I actually got the buffallo chicken. I spit it out and see the rest of the sandwhich and it was RAW. RAW CHICKEN. I’m so disgusted and upset I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Never come to this place again, I can’t believe they took so long to make it and it was still RAW. So disgusting, will be calling corporate because EW.

Horrible and unsanitary place to get food at. Workers are super slow. I waited in a line as the 3rd customer for over 20 mins before they got my order. And then they take it I wait another 10 mins they charge me for the food and it didn’t even hit the grill. Super unsanitary they do not change gloves touch the counter meat cheese garbage bags with same glove no hair nets in sight. They need the food inspectors to come out and check this dump. Also after waiting 30 minutes I still waited another 18 mins before my food was handed to me. Also multiple come backs on orders that were wrong. I would give them a 0 star if I could. Super unhappy with this newly opened jersey mikes. Owners need to teach workers how to do their job.

Horrible. Worst experience. There was one person working a 5:00 during dinner rush hour. My order was online. 9 people in line when I showed up. My order was not even started. Finally after being 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, I see it with my name on the bag. It Sat in the back of the table and there was no designated area for pick ups. I went through the whole line and they said can I help you. I said I have an online pick up order. They are horrible. No process at all. I request my money back on the corporate website. We will see.
I've been to this location many times over the last 5 years. And something is going on. There was an employee outside in front of the store taking a break with what looked like friends while the single employee was swamped inside.
I've been in business for over 20 years. The owner needs to do something fast. I would like for the owner to reach out and refund my money and not corporate. I'm sure this is a franchise. If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that. With the prices of food these days this is unexceptable. I've had better service at 7/11.

Pitiful.
I ordered through GrubHub at 1230PM, understanding it was around lunchtime. The app said 25-30 mins, understandable.
I got a notification 10 mins later that it's ready for pick-up, but still planned to leave around 1PM. I left, but was stuck in traffic and didn't get to Jersy Mikes till about 130PM.
They had a line of people, I tried looking for a "Mobile Order" spot, but did not see one. So I waited by the register until one of the workers was available.
One of them looked at me and I asked where Mobile Orders were to grab. They asked the name, I told them and it was through GrubHub. They looked behind themself and said they didn't see it, pulled a list of receipts and said "It doesn't look like it's ready, we've been slammed. But I'll put this over there so they can work on it."
I continued to wait and another worker came up, asked what my name was, I told them and they said "It's going to be over 15 mins.. we're busy. Do you want a refund?"
I said Yes, I'm on my lunchbreak from work and the app said my order was ready.
They proceeded to look at the register, located my order and then said "Yeah I can't do anything, you'll need to contact GrubHub to cancel and get a refund.."
I did call GrubHub and got that situated, but I'm fumed. How do you put an online order in "Ready" status.. not even work on it, then tell the person they'll need to WAIT even longer to have their order completed, when that order was placed an hour ago?! Absolutely ridiculous.
Parking: Good luck. It is total chaos with Chick-fil-a, Starbucks and Dickeys BBQ. It's between intersections before the freeway as well.

Empty store, the staff told me they needed to make my gluten free on the back slicer due to “cross contamination” when they could have wiped the slicer down and made my sub where I could see it (like jersey mikes training instructs you to do). It was a #7 and when I received the sandwich had less than half the meat it should have on it, it was as thin as the cheese should have been. I could barely taste the turkey. I’ve worked at jersey mikes for over a year and I’ve never sliced a sub so scarcely. Maybe the staff was mad at me for questioning their odd gluten free process? Will not come here again. Wasn’t worth the trip. Management should teach these employees not to cut corners and to dish out the right amount of meat.

I have become obsessed with their sandwiches. Always so delicious, try the big kahuna (with mushrooms!!) and like me, you’ll spend way too much money here. It’s not cheap!

come at 830 since you guys are open until 9 and told your grill is off for the night? it takes 10 mins to brick a flat top ,annoying to drive in to get a cheesesteak and get denied lol up your game papa!

First time at a Jersey Mikes and it was absolutely shocking…with how incredible it was. Everything was top notch, from service to sandwich to watching the fabulous employees do a proper job at cleaning and sanitising after creating sandwich masterpieces. I hope everyone gets paid $100/hr because they deserve it. Michellin Star Quality. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!!!!!!
