It's always nice and quiet inside with a warm vibe. I go in the mornings for coffee when it's just me - it's peaceful. The baristas are nice and help me with suggestions. Their sugar free lattes are very good.

35 min wait time for a single coffee is ridiculous, not to mention the the over price (more like price gouge) on literally everything in their store. Asked for a refund and got it. Will NEVER come back.

Such a gem of a coffee shop. I loved their matcha latte and don’t mind indulging in their brownies. Very friendly staff. Aesthetic is very cute. Try coming here if you are in the area, for good coffee and vibes.
