Tried this place for the first time today and it exceeded my expectations!! Such a lovely and beautiful establishment, locally family owned business, with a large assortment of food and drink items ranging from coffee to alcohol!! This is definitely my go to place in Medical lake! Must try, you wont regret it!!

The place is pretty cool on the inside and the lady that took my order she had good customer service but with all that being said it did not make up having to wait about 30 minutes for a 16oz iced latte and when I finally did receive it it taste like milk. It was my first time being there and it definitely be my last.

I don't usually write Google reviews but I had to share here. I recently had foot surgery and I decided to stop in to this coffee shop on my way to my next appointment. I was met with surprise at the wonderful establishment and service. The barista went above and beyond and got me a bag of ice for my foot. She even shared some Tylenol with me. The almond croissant is excellent! I had the drip coffee with cream. I can't wait to come back and check out all the awesome art and food and restaurant attached with the peacock theme. Thank you for a wonderful experience and especially for your kindness.

Such a beautiful store, restaurant, coffee house and bar!!! All their drinks and anything off the menu is so seriously delicious!!! Amazing and friendly staff and owners. They made me feel so welcome and helped with all my needs!

Parking: Parking in front is easy or one street behind has plenty of free street spots
Kid-friendliness: It’s an open space and the side room makes a good place to sit if you want a little space with kiddos.
Such a great spot for Medical Lake! We really enjoyed the mimosa flights, our server was great at sharing each type and worked with us to make sure we tried everything. Also, the food was great! Really enjoyed talking and meeting some new locals. We will definitely be back!

Regarding Owners Comments and Assumptions:Let's not split hairs. I indeed called the Roasting House First. Several times absolutely no reply!I stand by my experience.I forgot what your coffee tasted like! The customer service wiped it from my taste buds!Your response , " I don't know what Boeing Leadership Comment has to do with Coffee" speaks volumes and validates your lack of understanding and comprehension.Quite the leap to state that a customer can "hang up" on a Manager who has "no time to speak with a customer". Only/After being directed to call back in an hour to speak with the manager the first time! Gulp.Never the less we have moved on and quite pleased with the two (seperate) individual proud women owned Roaters/Coffee shop who gave us not only their time but provided a fabulous educational experience for our team.Translating into a large order and profit for each establishment.Keep on "Roaming" around in circles...**********end********Roam Coffee House Sucks...if I could give a zero thats exactly what this establishment would receive....Last summer during our camping trip to Canada we stopped in Colfax and purchased 3 Roam Lincoln County 12 oz bags.We enjoyed the coffee. Today we ran out and decided to call this establishment as a customer to discuss their info on the web site and we had other questions. We called at 9:30 am and were told that the Manager Heather ? Would be back in an hour .Called at 10:45. Ms. Heather answered the phone. I introduced myself and started to speak when Ms. Heather Manager of Roam Coffee House abruptly stated, ( before I could continue) "She did not have time to speak with me". She was working serving other customers. Wow...I thought I was a customer . Then Ms. Heather of Roam Coffee House stated, " What is this about?"Give me a break! About your Coffee!....So the moral of this story is:" No matter how much you market your product with a dazzlingly web site, or for that matter trying to scale up with a "Subscription Program " in order to become profitable, you are a looser in the end when you are not prepared to serve all your customers in a professional manner."In the end you failed to meet the needs of All customers which as this establishment obviously does not understand ....Translates into M.O.N.E.Y....Looks like they to have "Leadership Problems" like Boeing! Trying to make ends meet chasing the D.O.L.L.A.R....Gulp! Roam Coffee House does notFly!
