A well known local Japanese restaurant hidden in this classic cottage. We have two lunches on two consecutive days, because we found out that the owner is moving back to her home country, and will change to new management after Christmas, and we have so many things we want to try.On the first day, we chose a bento box lunch and a sashimi set. LOVE this restaurant! One of our favorite places in Skagit Valley. Beautiful atmosphere in a cool old building, surrounded by a lovely little Japanese garden. The ramen and tempura are out of this world, along with everything else on the menu! I highly recommend!!!

Kyoto Kitchen is hands down one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Washington State. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared to top quality.To new comers I recommend,Show up early to avoid missing out on items like the shabu shabu, be kind to the staff here, call ahead if you have a large party.Parking: Parking for dine in and pick up is easy here
