Traffic has been insane recently, so I was glad discovering this gem of a restaurant close to our home for Valentine’s dinner. I put in my reservation 10 days ahead, and was fortunate enough to secure a spot. The shop is located in the Harbour Pointe shopping center, so there's plenty of parking available. The restaurant has a nice intimate atmosphere, perfect for romantic date dinners. For the occasion they offered a 3 course menu, with 3 options each for appetizer and main course, which included a vegetarian option. We went with the meat and surf and turf options and those were very tasty, we especially liked the Lamb lollipops. The portions were generous. Our impression was that the owner is very passionate about this restaurant, the food and the satisfaction of the guests and the staff is great, too.We definitely want to come back on one of their regular days.

Small town restaurant with energetic, uptown vibe and personalized, down-home hospitality. This isn’t just food….it’s cuisine. The menu is exceptionally creative, with every dish specifically curated to reveal the most subtle nuance of each ingredient. I’ve been here 4 times in the past 6 months and their menu has had simple, intentional adjustments each time that elevate the dining experience just that much more. Such a focus on quality, all around— service, cuisine, atmosphere, and attentiveness.Red Cork is a Top 5 spot for me.

We sat outside. Nice little area the outside tables are clean and not rusty. My wild boar ravioli was excellent, very tasty. The steamer clams were great too, in a delicious spicy broth.

We had the privilege of having Red Cork Bistro cater our daughters wedding yesterday. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the communication months prior, to the days leading up. Adrian was top notch. The staff that came and prepared and served were so helpful. They kept asking if they could help with anything and we’re so eager and willing to just step in where they could. Kudos to your staff. If you have the chance to either go to the Bistro or have them cater an event, you won’t be disappointed.

Red Cork Bistro is one of my wife’s and I's favorite places to eat. The quality and flavor of their food is the best, and at a very fair price. Dining in, or catering an event, we just love Red Cork Bistro!

Always have an amazing time here! Liz and Austin always take care of us and they are the best!
Hidden Gem of Mukilteo! Incredible food and everything made by Chef Adrian is homemade and delicious. We had the Baked Brie & Fig Compote, Hummus & Tapenade and Airline Heritage Chicken with wild rice. We loved every bite!! Service was warm and friendly and great atmosphere. We highly recommend it! So great to have amazing food so close!
Awesome BLT. Best day time lunch. Wonderful flavors with only fresh ingredients. No frozen distributor cheap frozen crap. The owner is not only about food costs. He wants to serve food, he would be proud of.Dinner specials are unique. Fresh fish with seasonal local ingredients.Best chef owned restaurant in Mukilteo. Hands down.

Ordered lunch here one day as my office is right around the corner. Got something super simple - the chicken chop salad and a cup of their carrot soup. It amassed to a $22 lunch NOT including taxes and fees applied for ordering takeout. No biggie since I expect to pay more when ordering out; however, the quality of what I got was disappointing. For a full sized salad (half sized was only $4 less), I got what looked like should have been a half sized salad (allllllmost large starter/app size). All was thrown into a box, sort of half-assed arranged, but the ingredients used were nothing spectacular. Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced egg, 2 slices of avocado, no cucumber, a few cheese crumbles, tiny container of dressing and chicken that...well, appeared and tasted pre-made by some mass producing cooked chicken plant. No grill marks, a bit oddly textured...yeah not so much a fan. The soup was pretty decent - a little sweet. The size (picture small restaurant soup cup container) was less than what I'd expect for $6 (and fees to take out). Given the presentation, wasn't compelled to take photos - while not my favorite, not entirely awful or anything. Just meh. Service a bit strange - walked in to a completely empty restaurant to and had to do the "creen the neck and yell hello" thing. Then I got the "oh yeah here's your order" thing. Maybe I forgot another tacked on fee for the order coercing some semblance of "hey thanks for trying us!" when picking up my own food? (Ok, that was snarky...but geez.)Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing? Perhaps I got the wrong chef? Perhaps it was an off day? May try again in the future and update my review.

This place is a hidden gem!!!! One of my favorite restaurants in the whole area. I've gone to Carmines in Bellevue, Ascend Bellevue, Metropolitan grill Seattle, AQUA by ElGaucho Seattle and many more but this is still my favorite. The food is always amazing. Ambiance is super relaxing and chill. Service is great. I would definitely recommend trying Red Cork if you haven't, you'll love it.
