Ice Cream flavors need tweaking. Chocolate is not very chocolatey.

Stop here every time I visit the area. Love the key lime pie and birthday cake flavors. Super expensive ice cream but good!

I treated my Granddaughter last Wednesday for the first day of school in Transitional Kindergarden. We love your ice cream flavors!!!

I have not been here for 8 years. The ice cream used to be better, a larger serving size, and much more reasonably priced. Inflation hasn't more than doubled in 8 years, the prices have.

It was alright. The kids like going here to get pop rocks. And they had Charleston Chew candy bars. On the day that we were here the staff seemed rushed and borderline rude. Some of the ice cream looked like it had melted and then been refrozen so we got icecream somewhere else. The location is good - right near shopping and the convention center. They have a fun selection of candy - not necessarily old fashioned, but stuff you don't see everywhere.

We were hoping to have one last delicious ice cream on our last day in ocean shores and were so disappointed at the ice cream served here. It looks like they make their own ice cream but the taste is terrible, very artificial tasting with a bad after taste. I got one scoop of the brownie extreme and one birthday cake. Both tasted like they used fake flavoring and the after taste on the brownie extreme tasted like prunes or raisins. I didn't want to waste so I finished the brownie one but couldn't make myself finish the birthday cake. It was so expensive too! Go elsewhere for your ice cream!

We love Murphy's! They have the best ice cream in Ocean Shores and their salt water taffy never makes it all the way home. Murphy's is a family favorite, it's a must have every trip. The salted caramel ice cream is my favorite hands down.

The ice cream is pretty bad. The coffee ice cream has coffee grounds in the ice cream, which is a bad choice. The pecan praline tasted like artificial flavors added to a vanilla base. And the waffle cone was stale. Pass!

Horrible customer service. The woman working the cash register was grumpy and very unfriendly. Then we waited and waited for our order and it never came. Many people who ordered after us got their ice cream first. We asked what was going on and we still continued to wait while they made other orders because they "forgot" ours. There are other ice cream choices at the beach so we won't be going back to this one.

Every time I visit OS I always buy Taffy. I usually go to a different store. But this time I tried Murphy's candy and ice cream. I only purchased just a few taffies and this time I got a pecan Turtle fudge sample. I don't usually complain or leave bad reviews but the quality of both items was lacking the Taffy was not the type of Taffy I'm used to it must be a lower quality or imitation. And I was really looking forward to a delicious tasting fudge and I found that lacking

Wow, not the best ice cream I've had and we've been here a few times. My daughter loves a flavor, so we bought three pints. Paid for them, 20% tip, got home and realized the pints are half full. Total rip-off. Don't waste your time

This shop has the worst ice cream milkshakes, I have ever experienced. We visited on July 30,2023 during the hog wild Sunday event, ordering 4 shakes paying nearly 55 dollars, two of the four shakes had the consistency of water, the other two had somewhat of a shake experience to them. The almond joy was the worst of them all having a tap water consistency, the taste of which was hard to describe without describing the taste of sewage water. The chocolate milk shake had the consistency and taste of chocolate milk syrup , the berry shake was somewhat a shake with the flavor of berries in hydrated water. The pistachio milkshake ( a shake I enjoy at far better shops) had the consistency of a milkshake however, the taste was as far away from a pistachio milkshake experience. Frankly, the shake had an off putting abundance of almond extract hell in a 24 oz container. Each of these shakes met their doom at the closest garbage can nearest to the convention center. The scary part is the cost for such an expensive less than one star experience was much more than buddy moo’s in hoquiam ( A shop I enjoy). It’s frankly shocking a shop can charge such prices for a third world experience that was much like drinking from the shanty ditch of a Venezuela outdoor sewage treatment facility. Please don’t subject yourself, friends, or family to such torture treatment at this establishment. I have never in my lifetime stopped drinking a milkshake and sought out a garbage can so quickly, if I could give a negative 5 star review this would be it. Please avoid this shop like it owes you a lifetime of regret and apologies.Casey & Megan Wilbur

Ice cream was good but the young girl working the cashier wasn’t friendly, no one even talked. It was like the giant even want to be working there.

Murphy’s Candy and Ice Cream parlor gets three stars from me. Let’s start with the store. Back in the day they used to have pay by the pound candy in jars that you could bag up. It was a lot of fun and I wish they would bring it back. Their candy selection and taffy selection were lacking and just don’t display well at all. Next let’s talk service. I didn’t see the sign that said allIce cream orders are placed at the register. Three teenage employees were standing directly in front of me behind the ice cream counter socializing and didn’t offer me any help. I stood there for several minutes not being helped. When I finally checked out and placed my order the cashier was rude. Let’s talk price. $10 for a small milkshake is high, and $10 for a scoop in a cone. Overall I love a good classic ice cream and candy shop but this location needs a little TLC.
