This subway has excellent service. Very quick and nicely decorated. This is only veg option in the ocean shores. No gluten free bread

Service was SLOW and the dark haired girl doing the toppings while we were there was RUDE. We are in town for a convention with kids and went to this subway. Two adults and one teen. We stood together. We talked to each other. I ordered my daughter's sandwich and went to the car to check in on the kids in the car as my friend was paying for the whole order. She told the girl at checkout she was paying for 3 sandwiches. She came out to the car with only 2. I asked where the 3rd sandwich was and my friend said she didn't have it. Went back in and were rudely told since I walked out they threw the sandwich away. I said we were together. My friend told the gal at the register she was paying for 3, and yet they did not ring her up for 3, nor did they ask any questions. Just threw it away. Did I mention I was directly outside the front door? They had a steady stream of customers but we're not super busy. The girl argued with me, again accusing me of making the sandwich and then walking out. All the while, I was chatting with my friend while her and her daughters sandwiches were made, it was clear the three of us were together. I mean, no one thought to ask "are these all together?" No one bothered to ask my friend if I was going to pay for my sandwich while they were wandering around filling their drinks? No. Even though my friend TOLD THEM she was paying for THREE sandwiches. Look, people make mistakes, I get it. But own up to it and apologize. Don't put the blame on the customer and be rude in front of several people because YOU made an assumption and didn't pay attention to the customer actually telling you she was paying.

A few years ago I made a 5 star rating for this outfit. All of the staff was friendly and smiling even when they were wall to wall busy. All of the food always looked and tasted fresh.NOT NOW!I understand they are under new ownership. (rumor)I went in and stood in line for longer than necessary as the staffing was strange with only a couple of people working the prep and a couple just standing around. When I placed my order I asked if he could get me a soft bun. He looked like I killed his favorite cat and said "You get what your get and you get the ones I give you." Needless to say, if I hadn't been very hungry I would have walked out. It wasn't over yet. The construction effort was not done as if they had a line needing help and NONE of them ever smiled. The fellow behind me in line said something to the effect that he would have really enjoyed smaking the punk but he was hungey too. (LOL) I vowed to never return unless I hear a rumor that an owner that has a clue has taken over. So sad, so sad.

Because my spouse and I are vegetarian and vegan, we asked the young man making our sandwiches to please trade out his gloves (due to not wanting meat products mixed in with our vegetable sandwiches). He was dressed in a T-shirt and what looked to be either sloppy sweats or pajama bottoms. We were both amazed at the lack of professional demeanor in the restaurant.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables to make excellent and healthy appearing vegetable sandwiches.Parking: The area has the appearance of the strip mall with limited parking in front of each location, so parking was limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility might have been possible if there were somebody to hold open the door which was not automatic.Dietary restrictions: Fine for vegetarians and vegans as well.
The staff was seriously rude, we came in and needed a second to order (we were the only people in there so it's not like we were holding up a line) and the person taking our order was clearly irritated. We started ordering and this employee was so visibly irritated to be there, rolling his eyes and all, as he took our order. The food was alright, the sandwiches were sort of just thrown together quickly so he could go back to the kitchen where he proceeded to gossip with the other employees about their peers. Seriously nasty environment.

They were great! Employees were kind and curious even with it being the end of the night. Very clean store. But it is unfortunately extremely expensive. I went 40$ off my planned budget. And couldn't leave a tip. I feel terrible. So I'm leaving a positive review.

Terrible customer service experience: I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes, with my wife, 5 year old son, and baby when my wife asked if she could use the bathroom because her and my 5 year old had to go really bad. The younger lady with glasses told us we had to wait until our sandwiches were made and paid for before she would give my wife and son the code to the bathroom. The problem was we had been in line 10 minutes already, and there were 3 people ahead of us still. I didn’t wait in line for 10 minutes as some elaborate ploy to let my wife and 5 year old go to the bathroom and then leave without paying for a sandwich. I asked her to clarify if she really wouldn’t let my wife and child use the bathroom until we were finished in line and paid for and she just said “that’s right.” Needless to say, we went and spent our $50 bucks on lunch elsewhere.
