A True Vietnamese Experience!!!My visit to Da Nang Restaurant was a good and authentic experience. If you enjoy more authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you will enjoy a quiet meal at this establishment. From the moment we walked in our waitress greeted us and made us feel welcome. We were given an extensive menu list, and the selection was varied and reasonably priced. We ordered the Beef Pho and a Vietnamese Bun (noodle/spring rolls/fresh vegetable dish). The portions were quite large and we did not end up finishing all the food. The food was served relatively fast, and the food was fresh and tasty. If you enjoy a good Vietnamese meal your tastebuds will be given a real treat, and your stomach will be happy-to-boot!!!It was a wet fall evening, around 7pm, so not a lot of traffic inside, but the food was filling, and the service great. Give this place a try if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, there is something here for everyone.

On the expensive side but the good is worth it.

De Nang in Olympia is a great, offering a vast array of choices. Their pho is a standout for around here, boasting a rich, flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. It's a perfect pick for a comforting meal in a welcoming setting. Highly recommended for anyone seeking different flavors in Olympia.

The food is very good. We love the pad thai. Special fried rice and tomyum gai are excellent. A pleasant dining room and friendly servers.

My Reviews

Loved everything about this place, from the interior to the service. I was really disappointed in the pho. The broth was really plain, even after adding sauce. It was too pricey ($15 for a small bowl) to be in the safe zone. I ordered a specialty, stating it had meatball and beef. However, I only got half of a meatball.

This food is just okay. I tasted the food on everyone of my family members plates. I had the coconut seafood bowl and others had The teriyaki chicken and fried rice plates. The coconut soup was a bit too sweet and didn’t taste of authentic and it’s like the broth wasn’t executed right but the seafood inside of the soup was cooked to perfection. The fried rice is nothing more than a little bit of egg and soy sauce cooked in a little canola oil. The grilled chicken for the teriyaki plate was OK but it did come out warm not hot. I’ve been to Thai restaurants that would blow this place out of the water. The prices seem fair, but definitely not worth the food. The one thing I can say was excellent was the service and the speed that the food came to the table. Would I eat here again, NO!!! I’m a foodie and the flavors must be there.Parking: I went on a Sunday, so the parking was free, but it was still hard to find a parking spot. It took about 10 minutes or so.
