Pad Thai was divine! Served quickly, ample portion. I have tried Pad Thai from numerous restaurants across many States. This is one of the best. Perfect amount of spicy heat as to not overwhelm. Glorious amount of sauce to heighten the flavor. Highly recommend!Edited to add: Leftovers the next day were phenomenal! I don't know how it's possible, but even better. This place is a gem.

Great spot! And did you know Teddy is offering cooking classes? My friend and I took his Thai cooking class recently and I was so impressed with his organization, the flow of the class, his sharing of knowledge, and of course by the delicious end result. We made Pad Thai totally from scratch, even roasting the peanuts for the garnish. It is a small space to cook, but Teddy has his food truck set up well and we had plenty of hands on opportunities and thoroughly enjoyed our class. Grab your knives and GO!

I LOVE this little food truck. The person taking the orders was very nice, polite, and friendly. I love their pad Thai ?. The food came quick, and and hot. The price is awsome, being 11 dollars for some of the best pad thai i have ever had. The portions are also great.

Been here several times. Food and services have always been good. Wait times can be long, especially when busy but it's a food truck so that's a given. Prices have gone up, but I think serving sizes make up for that. My family is usually able to get 2 meals out of a normal order for all of us. Only strike against them is they're often out of things, so it's best to ask what they don't have before ordering, and having a backup.

I bought a special menu, Thai Northern Hung-Lay curry. This dish is a famous from the northern of Thailand. It seems a pork stew but you will feel more fabulous of herbs and spices. The flavor more likely a Thai-Indian style. The pork was soft, smooth, and not spicy. You couldn’t find it in the regular menu because the owner, Teddy make it only for special occasion. If anyone wanna try, just contact Teddy for this menu.

Delicious food! You can add more spice as you like which is great. I got the pad thai and it was really good with chicken and crunchy bits. Large portions too I couldn't finish it, so good leftovers! Their menu is updated in person they said so don't look on Yelp.

I see some poor reviews. Does anyone really know more than one great Thai restaurant? We instantly become accustomed to the textures and flavors where we first fell in love with this cuisine. Is there ever really a kiss better than the first?I just had a good experience, with tasty food. It's all we can really ask for when we consciously compare these "other" Thai places to our first. There's never going to be any comparison, so try to enjoy it, nevertheless.

Delicious food and great service. Freshest Thai food in Olympia. The Gai Yang is amazing, so much flavor and incredible spice blend. You can feel the love that goes into their dishes. Go tell your mom about it.

Love the people. Love the food. I used to come here most days for lunch when I worked in town before the pandemic. Now I still make a point to make it out here when I can. They have the best (and affordable) comforting Pad Thai. Mmmmmm

I ordered green curry and chicken satay. The curry was watery and not spicy at all. It did come with lots vegetables. The rice was fine. The satay had a strange texture. Over brined and over cooked? Not sure. It was very salty. Overall, I will not go back.
