Domino's Pizza

Horrible customer service. Found a bone in our food, needed emergency dental work due to biting into the bone, and when called to inform them the manager, Oggi (sp) said they can’t do anything about it. No refund nor replacement food.

First time using the App. It was spot on. Sam was my delivery driver and it showed up exactly when it said it would. Great job y’all keep up the great customer service.,👍🏻👍🏻 Your friends at Port Orchard Fife RV Center.

Never delivered my pizza, after an hour I called to check on it. Was told they had sent it out for delivery but it never showed up. They offered to remake it and attempt delivery again, but it was too late at that point for this to be a reasonable resolution. My payment was refunded. I put in a complaint through dominos and no resolution or even apology was offered.

Slowly not wanting to order from Domino's anymore. The red sauce has changed, and they put way too much on. I just ordered 2 pizzas and a side. Mom loves the parm bites! Ordered 1 pizza lite sauce cause they cake that stuff on usually. Also ordered another pizza, NO CHANGES. They put barely any sauce on that one and about 5 small pieces of chicken (Memphis bbq chicken). Like non-existent sauce. Every time we order from there, it's always something.

It's Domino's so don't expect much else. But for chain pizza in Port Orchard, this one's the best. Quick, friendly and very rarely mess up my order.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, had a slight issue with our order and the manager Chris called to get our feedback and see how they could make it right. Frequent customer and will keep returning. Thank you.

The worst dominos experience I’ve ever had. I use my rewards points and get the wrong items. Completely disorganized and I think we all expect better.

I placed an online order for delivery. My order said it was delivered, but our food never arrived so I called the store to check in. I was informed that the were a mistake on their end, but they’d be happy to refund the order or quickly remake and redeliver it. The gal who took the call, Shelby, was so helpful and courteous. She remade the food and redelivered it quickly and promptly. Her service was good, but the rating was lowered because it doesn’t done right the first time.

It was easy to place my order online. I found the team very friendly and helpful. The restaurant seemed fairly clean and efficient. I had ordered extra ham for my pizza. There was barely any ham on there at all. I’d hate to see what regular ham looks like. That might be one small piece of ham on each slice of pizza? I was also quite surprised by the cost of these thin crust limited topping pizzas. ?
